Infiniti of Peoria’s Service Department is my go-to service shop. It all starts with Service Advisor, Josh. He is better than sliced bread. He knows his business, he’s honest, and he takes care of my vehicle as if it were his own. I’ve never been broken down on the side of the road, and I attribute this to him and his team. Recently, while there for servicing, it was 110 degrees outside. Josh was so thoughtful he even had my loaner car running with the AC on so it was cool when I was ready to drive off. That’s premier service, and here’s a big thank-you!

I started coming to Infiniti of Peoria after not receiving stellar service as I used to from the previous dealership where I used to get my car serviced. Boy am I glad I switched. I have come to them a few times now and they do a stellar job in fixing the vehicle, and they have been fair and do not price gouge. In fact, they are active in finding ways to saving you money by applying promotional coupons they run monthly.
The Service Advisor I have used for my maintenance schedule service is TR Palumbo. This gentleman is extremely professional, nice, and thorough. Knows how to explain what needs to be done and provides exceptional customer service experience to ensure quality service is rendered. I highly recommend others visiting the vehicle service department at Infiniti of Peoria to complete their scheduled maintenance.
