Good customer service. Had to purchase some brackets for my step running boards. Only needed four but had to buy the package of 8 with fasteners. Which I was ok with. Only thing that made me give three stars was the shipping was almost $40 for this and it took over a week to get. Thought that maybe since the shipping was so high that it would get to me quickly.

Really well built products and awesome customer service. We found about these guys at SEMA and we even put their bumper on our company truck. We did have to modify slightly to accommodate a plow mount but it looks and works great. Keep up the good work!

ICI Magnum RT running boards are an amazing product! They are very well made and look incredible on my new Chevy Silverado 2500HD. But not only do they make a great product there customer service is outstanding!! Thank you Barry and Bobby for your outstanding service, I will be buying my bumpers from you as well.
