I made an appointment online, showed up at the time of the appointment, only to find the office locked. Another person pulled up and said she made an appointment yesterday too and the same thing happened. This office seems to never be open, even if you make an appointment. Very frustrating. I will not be returning to this location and will be finding somewhere else.

Horrible customer service!the tax advisor HermizAlkhouri told me to go and do my taxes on turbo tax.After telling me the day before that he will get a Manager to override something because I have a different ID that didn't match my w-2 and he said that he made a appointment for me but I went in and the lady said they didn't have nothing I recommend not to go to him.i went to another h&r block and they said it would be no problem
