Love these! I was having allergic reaction to the chemicals in the acrylic nails I had been getting so I needed a change... these are wonderful! I would definitely recommend!

Really happy with my experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. My nails came out great! Salon was clean and the environment was good.
I’ve been striking out at everyone salon in Peoria but I’m glad I finally found one that does quality work!
I got an ombré French tip. These are my natural nails. And I did the dip powder.

First timer here and I had a great experience at Herbal Nail bar! I love that this place is a non toxic nail salon and think its a huge perk to not have to smell chemicals the whole time! The building itself and the tools used were kept clean throughout the appointment, they have very kind and professional stylists, and my nails turned out great!! 10/10 recommend

We decided we wanted Mani Pedi‘s this morning and checked reviews and called around some places. This delightful salon said we could come right away. We did not have to wait, the place was beautiful and clean, I loved the rhinestone arched lights over the tables they were very pretty and a nice touch. Kim did my manicure with gel X medium length round tips and Win did my gel pedicure including an amazing foot/cafe massage, and I chose the aloe scrub. I chose the 45 minute package on the top of the page, (middle price range) and it was luxurious in a wonderful clean massage chair. It took us about 2 1/2 hours for both of us to get mani pedis, but I probably would’ve been done in two hours total. I went with my daughter, and she had a design on her nails so that’s what took longer. Hers looked awesome too. I like their color selection as well. The candle was a nice touch, and the fruit in the water made it smell extra good for the pedicure. They offered us a bottle of water as we left , and I would say it was overall a really great refreshing experience for our vacation. We would come back! My only critique from the pictures I took is unrelated… it seems my shoes are too big, lol.?

Absolutely awful. Came here with an appointment booked with someone that had good reviews, unfortunately they didn’t realize I had appointment and put me with a male nail tech. Took 2 1/2 hours for dip and gel. I asked for short and was ignored; shape was messed up; he did 5 layers of dip without shaping or shaving down, did a messy French tip that was uneven and messy under my nails. Absolutely horrible job, I spent 2.5 hours and $65 for this. I was then told afterwards “oh he’s new”. I’m so disappointed and hate my nails. No discount or waived fee was offered for this awful job. I wish I had never came here.

I've visited three times now, and after my most recent experience, I've decided never to go back. Each visit, except for one I've had to coach the nail technicians on how to properly paint my nails, which is quite frustrating as a paying customer.
Additionally, the technician failed to properly clean my cuticles, leaving my nails looking unfinished and unprofessional.
If you book an appointment close to their closing time, especially around 6 pm, expect a rushed job. It feels like they don't care about the quality of their service at that hour. Despite this, I was still willing to leave a 15% tip for my service. However, when I inserted my card to pay, I was automatically charged an 18% tip without my consent. This is unacceptable and further solidifies my decision not to return.
Overall, you just don't get what you pay for. The quality of service and the lack of care for their customers' satisfaction are not worth the visit.

We’ve gone to this salon for years & now they only do these “new” nails & charge an even higher price for them. They’re basically Lee Press On nails. They’re super thin, break easily & don’t curve naturally at all. The tech doesn’t do anything with your cuticles either. We will not be going back. Paid $75 for these ugly things.
Update…don’t let their response fool you. As expected, they did nothing.
