I don’t understand why people give such bad reviews specially about the wait time. I check in online only to be put on the list . I don’t expect that when I get there I’m gonna be next. I know there will be a little bit of a wait. Checking in online is a courtesy so that you don’t have to sit there at the salon for 30 to 45 minutes waiting for your turn to be next . I like to check in online and when I come here, it takes about five minutes to be seated. Normally depends on the day though and I leave with a great haircut. You have to find a person that works for you the person who’s going to cut your hair the way you want it. if you don’t like the way they cut your hair , then find a different place and stop leaving bad reviews. The people who work at this shop are awesome and don’t deserve that.

Jenny was very nice, quick, and did a really good job. There’s usually a hassle with my hair bc it’s wavy on the ends, but she left it nice and how I asked. Recommend her.

First of all i was a walk in and got hit with "did you sign in", then i sat down and only 2 lady's were working the whole place, i decided to just make an appointment but was told "we don't make appointments " you just sign in, well what if i don't have internet? Then oh well cause they dont make appointments so i asked to use the restroom because i walked in right after i got off work and thought well i can't make an appointment i'll wait but need to use the restroom, "we dont have public bathrooms " so that was the last straw, i walked right back out the door i walked in. Use to go to great clips but i will find a haircut i can make an appointment for and one that has a restroom.

Good people here doing a fine job cutting hair and courtesy to customers or friendly . Good job great clips employes . Senior citizen hair cut .

Checked-in online to get ahead of traffic. Only to deal with Maria who not only doesn't know how to use the systems but was entirely disrespectful, overly blunt, and did not work with us at all. I have never felt this amount of discomfort in a Great Clips before. Her side comments and lack of transparency on my questions made me walk out of the store. Don't want to come to this location if she is there.

Says open at 8 am so thats when I arrived. No one showed up till 8.30, one person with a red truck pulled up and entered then locked the door behind them. The door then remained locked until I left at 8.40 where someone then decided to unlock the doors and turn on the open light.
Due to the wait, refused to do business with this facility.
Please fix your hours if it isn't open at 8.

They say no appointments, but people "check online," same as appointment and it doesn't matter if you are waiting an hour or two ?

I've been to this great clips before and had the best hair cut ever but this time coming back was a horrendous difference. I cut 5 inches off and asked for layers and I ended up with this. I believe in people having off days but this is beyond a hack job. For all the other reviews talking about the blonde girl, she is the one that did mine also. Her name is Shay

The stylist had trouble with instructions I think. Had to remind her 3 times on what my son wanted. At the end, the tip was too short and the sides were not short enough.. Son hated it.. not the usual experience I have here.
Requested style: Asked for a low fade and long on top.

Passive aggressive comments about me just wanting a trim. I have hair to my neck, no longer then that. Just a simple trim not short hair and they make comments about how much they hate it (not word for word). It's not a place where I can freely express my style. Some of the ladies are very nice though!! Too bad they don't work there anymore. Please keep rude comments to yourself thank you.

This location has lost its quality. I get it you are under staffed but don't be short wits customers. This location also does not have a restroom for customers.

Check store hours on door because the ones on the Great Clips app do not match for Sunday says they open at 8 o'clock but door says 9 o'clock and the ones on Yelp say 10 o'clock I think someone needs to get it together
