every one of the stylist has done a great job and provided fun, engaging and professional conversations.
I especially like the girl with the tattoos and nose piercing... sorry can't recall her name. she's cut hair on multiple occasions and I always leaving with a smile.

Brought my two kids in to get hair cuts tonight, there was one person in front of us and told me it would be a 95 min wait, the older guy working tried sending me to the northern location said there is no wait there. Then while waiting someone called to make an appointment and he told them on the phone it would be over an hour wait at this point it's just me and my kids in the building. I know if I was the owner of this I would be very upset having two stylist on my clock turning away guest and sending them to other locations to make money. I stayed and waited just cause I knew he wanted us to leave but I won't be returning. Terrible customer service. Pics below to show just how busy they were.

Closed 10min till. I get it you want to go home but you are still in business operational hours. Had the door locked and said we are closed. If you are going to close early update the hours to reflect you are closed before 7pm.

Go to lady janes in Peoria, they take there time cutting your hair unlike Great Clips in and out with a crappie haircut. Ask for Joleen she's Awsome.
