Went in for my 18K mile service, they found my rear brakes were worn out (I saved what was left as a momentum), and my tire wear was borderline. Service was done and all issues fixed while I waited. Great service, friendly staff. I’ve been going here since they opened and can’t imagine going anywhere for my service.

I took my triumph scrambler here and the maintenance was quick and fast. The price was high though, something like $150/hour. They also helped me order a complete Zard exhaust kit and DynoJet tuning module as the complete exhaust and not just the tip add-ons were difficult to find. When delivery was delayed, they were instrumental in contacting the distributor and getting things back on track.

Quick and easy routine service on my BMW R1250 GSA also was able to get in quickly when I purchased a new pannier and had to have it rekeyed, cost only $70, which is really reasonable!

Picked up a RSV4 Factory recently. I have just moved to the Peoria area and was concerned about getting the bike serviced by a dealer with Aprilla tech's. Fortunately for me it turned out that GO AZ Motorcycles in Peoria has some of the best tech's around for my Aprilla. Yesterday I called the dealership and asked about a new set of tires for my RSV4. Everyone I talked to was more than accommodating and made the magic happen. Eventually I ended up on the line with they're service department and spoke with Owen Mason. Talk about service Owen basically said we've got you covered. Not only did they have my brand/make of tires they actually said bring the bike down and we can get them mounted today. This worked out well for me because I was unable to get there the following day and the very next morning I wanted to take the bike to the mountains and meet up with some other riders. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the shop Owen had the bike in the back and I was able to tour the shop and was blown away by the number of brands, the cleanliness and the layout. I was given more water than I could drink free of charge which was great because it was another 108 degree day and I had been out all morning on the range. This being said I would rate this shop and the staff I met a 10/10. The price of the tires and install was much less than I anticipated. I was in and out within 2 hours and back home before heavy traffic. I urge anyone who is looking for a solid dealership to pay them a visit. Owen Mason is another 10/10 and the few staff members I did talk to were all 10/10. Another excellent example of the service was my forged rims that were recently powder coated had no marks big or small after mounting. Not all tech's are equal and there are times when a rim or the set may end up with scratches or marks from improper mounting. I highly recommend checking out this shop for all your bike needs.

I ended up buying a bike from GO AZ Peoria today. First things first. My salesman Derek Eggum made it about as easy as one could ask for. No BS around. He showed me the bike, looked at my trade, took my info, prepped the new bike for a test ride and off I went. Came back and shook his hand and made a deal. He was well rounded, well spoken and very friendly and outgoing. He answered all my questions and guided me through the process. The sales agreement was easy and straightforward. No BS upsales, it was a fair and honest deal and I left there feeling confident and happy about the deal I made. Anthony the sales manager handled the final process and was a pleasure to work with. Again no hidden fee's or BS just an honest and straightforward deal. Every single employee I met there on 2 different occasions has been nothing short of friendly and well rounded. They are attentive and professional. I can't expect more than that. This shop and its staff are a 10/10. As long as I am riding bikes this will be another great shop that I intend on doing business with. I am a happy customer....

Saw a Piaggio Liberty 150 S on sale on their website, rushed down to the dealership, and within 5 minutes had a deal negotiated and began paperwork immediately. Entire staff was incredible, particularly sales guy Derek, and sales mgr Anthony. And to top it off, Go AZ delivered the bike to my house within one hour of me leaving the dealership. AMAZING. Can't wait to buy another bike there!

1st scheduled service. Got in early. Updated on the status as I waited and worked in the comfortable lounge. Finished on time, as promised. Received a full printed report. This is my first visit to the Peoria location. I've always gone to Scottsdale previously.
I've been a customer and fan of Go-Az for over 10 years. They always impress!
