Worst pharmacy ever Eric, the pharmacist is the rudest person ever he was even mean to a little old lady that had a simple question and was also rude to me. I will be changing my location because the manager was just using excuses for him. He needs to be fired. He has no customer service skills at all. I wish I can give this place a -5 stars

I was recently shopping at this store when I was harassed by Gene Draper and his staff. I admit I did not have a cart with me, but I planned to purchase everything I had with me. I will shop other stores from now on.

Management is a total joke. This store is a glorified Circle K. The inventory in this store unmanaged and when brought to the Store Manager's attention, only excuses and disregard was presented. I'll wait for the "Under New Management" sign before I'll be back.

This Frys pharmacy location is excellent.They had me taken care of in an hour when CVS wouldn't lift a finger for 3 days! I'll be using them from now on....

Interesting grocery store....decent selection, but the product pricing lottery is like nothing I've ever seen. Shelf price is a crapshoot, digital coupons are a crapshoot and make sure you have a "card".....give me value pricing, straightforward pricing and no tricks and you'll have a long term customer. Otherwise, this place is just a neighborhood "go-to" glorified convenience store.

I shop here a lot but I'm very disappointed in the fact when I have to smell cigarettes burning. They have their employees smoking in front of their store. Have them on the side or behind. I have breathing issues and I shouldn't have to smell it!

I wish I could leave a no star. It's was dirty and unstocked. The meat counter for sandwich meat took 20 mins and I was the only one in line. The guy was so side tracked with other things going on. He cut a half of my meat and then just walked away. Came back and asked me if I need anything else.....yeah the rest of my order you were working on. Do not recommend!!!!! Unless you have all day to waste.

Customer service at Fry's corporate is horrible!!! I'm supposed to have a loyalty card that gets me money off at the gas pump, but it never works! You call them and they put you on hold three different days and when you get through, they say get a new card but guess what, doesn't work! lol They don't let you use your collected points in the store so virtually it's some kind of rip-off. And the people on the phone keep telling you the same thing over and over. You spend more in gas driving around trying to use the twenty cents off per gallon. Horrible and after shopping with them for 11 years in Arizona and 4 in California, I will never shop with them again or spend one more moment calling that unhelpful help line. Good riddance.

It would be better to have no staff than the staff they have. Never checkers. Self check out is always closed cause never works. Empty shelves, no carts.. they leave them all in the lot. Staff could care less about customers. I have been shorted what I've purchased many times. This last time I put my foot down. Was only 1 gatorade. Instead of calling me they put the item back on the shelf. Called the store and they said come pick it up but no apology for the time lost. This all happened in the span of 45 min. Went through a full service line. Not my fault but they tried to pin it on me. Wasted an hour when this was a half hour thing. Called the help line and they said they'll give a 10 dollar credit. Nothing seen so far . Gonna go to Safeway from now on.

Customer service at this Fry's is fabulous! I always get greeted with such positive and sincere staff in the produce department. I was extremely surprised by one staff today, Judy who went above and beyond to take time out of my day to write a review. Lines were busy. She offered to ring me up in the self checkout area, which was really nice! The best part was I forgot my cookies and she came outside in the parking lot and brought them to me! It's hot in the middle of the day, July! Now that's customer service! Even another customer said, Wow that was so nice of her to bring that bag to you! Judy, thank you for being a stellar employee and making my shopping experience at Frys positive. Every little bit of this positive experience gets noticed. The smiling faces on staff, the little extras that staff do, thank you!

Went today and arrived at 10:15pm ahead of their Yelp listed closing time of 11:00pm and google closing time of 10:30pm. A security guy waved me away and a shopper came out telling me they closed. At 10:00. Update your hours. Dicks.

I usually find everything I am looking for and then some. Produce is for the most part fresh. A few items are hit or miss. Items are usually in stock. That can be hard to find these days. This location is generally less crowded that others Fry's locations I have visited in the area. That is probably why so many items are in stock. In Fall/early Winter, there are all kinds of vegetable and fruit plants. There are also holiday plants. Cashiers are efficient and upbeat. They also have a gas station to use those Fry's fule points at.
