I had a script sent to this pharmacy from an urgent care in the early morning. When I arrived in the afternoon to pick it up, I was told they didn't have my insurance so I gave them the card and they confirmed it was what they had on file but that they didn't accept the insurance. I said I would pay for the scripts out of pocket as I needed to start the medications asap. They then told me they only had one medication in stock, so that is all they would fill. When I said I would take whatever I could get, they then told me it wouldn't be ready for hours as they were behind.
At that point, I asked them to transfer the script to my old pharmacy, and they told me I had to call the urgent care or another pharmacy myself and ask them to do it. They staff was short and rude with me and offered no apology for the delays this was causing or the lack of communication.
I ended up calling the urgent care and having my script transferred to Walgreens. In the past when Walgreens was out of my medication they would at least call another pharmacy to see if I could pick it up at a different location to ensure I could get my medication that day. Avoid the headache of trying to start prescription services with Fry's it is not worth the waste of time when you need a dependable pharmacy.

The staff is very thorough. They answer questions that I hve & if it's new medication the Dr is near to explain things to me ovr all. I thank them for being aware and on time.

It was senior day today, as always the first Week of the month. One slow , pretty unpleasant person at the deli. Not many workers around the store and I think that they had 3 checkouts open. I may have to go to a different location, not happy with the store.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Made me wait over 20 minutes just to return a bag of dog food. Didn't even care about wasting my time. I'm not even sure if I want to shop in this store again. Safeway is looking better and better

Due to I’m guessing employee shortages walk-ins for flu vaccines are not always available. My husband called and they said they did walk-ins. We went in stood in line for 15 minutes with a squirming toddler just to be told they couldn’t do it because they only have one pharmacist available. No sign up saying they weren’t doing flu vaccines and frankly with a vaccine only taking like 2 minutes to administer I fail to see why it would be a problem anyways. I think we’ll stop going to this pharmacy entirely.

Lazy Customer service at the 91st ave and Olive location. Cashier didn't feel like bagging my groceries. Find a new job if you don't like working there.

I have to use EBT and every time I have gone there their EBT machine never is in working order. The have taken my cards and asked for my PIN numbers so they could charge my food etc. I am very disappointed with the management at this store. The manager didn't seem to think it was a big thing that the machine was not working again the other day and brushed me off. I waited 20 some minutes to get my groceries which I finally left and went somewhere else. I do not go into the store as I am an older women on oxygen so it's difficult for me. Plus the manager that is head of pickup orders told me to f u. Which I repeated back to him.pretty much not customer service orientated My daughter called the manager at this store but he never called her back.

Don’t seem willing to help or want to be working here. Stood there for a good 5 minutes, no one in line, all of them just talking away gossiping before I was even acknowledged. Worst pharmacy staff I have seen in a long time.

When I politely mentioned something to the pharmacy staff about their broken POS terminal, and their horendous cleanliness standards at the pharmacy I was treated so terribly by the staff, I was in disbelief. When I came back 30 minutes later to pick up my prescription every member of the pharmacy staff was shooting me nasty looks, exhibiting agressive behavior, slamming things and speaking sharply and angrily. The hostility was very obvious. I will never, ever go back to a fry's pharmacy. It's too bad the customer service training is so bad, the employees are so unhappy and the way they treat customers so is horrifc. It was worse than a group of immature high schoolers bullying the uncool kid. Talking negatively about the customers to each other before customers are even out of earshot probably isn't wise when your entire job is customer service. The Pharmacy staff at the 75th ave and Cactus store in Phoenix Arizona need serious customer service retraining. I will never return. I don't appreciate the grief nor do I appreciate being treated so poorly. Things have really gone down hill, it's very sad. Have a better day, you lost this customer for life.

What does it say about a company who doesn't even rotate their own store brands and sells you rotten peppers that expired before Christmas? They must keep rotten or almost expired food for people who order pick up, so they have to bring it back to the store to buy more garbage. Your convenience has run its course. You used to be the best; now, if I must use frys, it will be the location on 67th and as a last resort, the one on 59th. You can keep your rotten produce and clearly incompetent pickers.

pharmacist is rude! I was on hold for 30 minutes and was hung up on them when I needed help that I had to go ask someone she couldn't hold 30 seconds for me she said she had covid injections to give and if I can call back I asked her to put me on hold and she hung up on me!
