Gas much higher here then other nearby stations $3.49. no windshield washing equipment or receipts printed out at pump.

Don’t prepay, carlos lied about me not having fuel points. Could’ve gotten .70 off a gallon after I looked and saw I had plenty. Don’t understand why someone would lie about that ?

I'm in the middle with this store, seems like Safeway is pretty competitive with them at present. Most of the cashiers are really nice but goodness the service desk is another story, I had 2 of the women treat me like a thief for not having my receipt at hand & then she wanted me to go back into my multitudes of receipts on my phone to search for a $3 item to get my refund....lighten up Ms. Service desk person, I spend around $500 a month at your store. Might be Safeway gets my business !

This Fry's store is always busy. I'm impressed with how in stock most items are now considering the wide range of community they service. I'm so incredibly thankful the bakery has a person on staff now who takes orders for cupcakes! These cupcakes were not only ready on time, but tasted AMAZING! They were for my daughter's birthday and everyone was so impressed. Thanks Fry's!

Went in to my local frys tonight and after asking an employee named Joyce if she can bring out some back stock for me to purchase what I wanted since it wasn't on the floor. She gave me attitude and wasn't any help. After talking to the front end manager about being able to bring out what I need, he was able to have her bring it out, but she gave me an attitude and tried lying about it not being in the back. When I tried to help her unbox what she brought out because she was struggling, she tried to hit me and said I was being a "little boy". No respect from Joyce at all and she hates dealing with customers from my experience.

I choose to do my grocery shopping here despite it not being the closest store to my house (a Safeway would be closest but they're overall more money than Fry's or some other stores). Overall, I feel like I get the best deals at Fry's. The only reason I am rating 4-stars is because staff isn't always the friendliest. It's not fun checking out, about to pay $125+ and not even be acknowledged. Last week, the checkout clerk and bagger had a full on conversation about math classes/school but I couldn't be given a second to ask how I am doing or say hello. One other part that can become frustrating are the amount of large carts around where people are putting together online orders for pickup. It does not make it easy to go up and down aisles when those carts are always around. Not sure there's a solution for that but many times there is no sense of urgency to move so myself and the cart can get through. I'll continue shopping here until: 1- a closer Fry's opens or 2- another store with better value appears.

Me and my partner have been running errands all morning the last thing we need to get was chicken breast but of course the cuts were horrible you get more fat than chicken also the packaging was horrible chicken juice was leaking out of the packages we have never had a problem with this fry's until now !!!!!

I like this place. The strawberries are always fresh, There are more options when it comes to international ingredients, and the food looks amazing. The sushi Chefs and staff around that area are always so kind, the Starbucks staff are super sweet, and Only one time I got a super kind staff at the checkout register. Other than that, most staff here are rude in my opinion. I understand bagging your own groceries because most staff are gone the last 2-3 hours before closing, but at least put the groceries at the end so I can reach them lol I had to get behind the register and stand next to you to get the groceries while you were busy talking to your buddies who clocked out. Cool, I still like this store but there is room for improvement with some staff for sure.

So went in on Labor day to grab some alcohol for the lake got to checkout and the lady working the checkout would not accept the AZ Mobile ID app even though its still a government issued ID and is supposed to be accepted state wide. I have my alcohol handlers license and you're supposed to accept this form of ID since it is through a government app... she took all the alcohol out of our bags and refused service to all 4 of us who were well over 21... super annoying but luckily the circle k right across from them accepted my ID and were happy to take my money! Hope they realize this "policy" is ridiculous and change it ASAP.

Majority of the employees here are imbeciles. I only come here when my children want to attend a zoo.
