In-stock conditions are always questionable. Very inconsistent. Not just items affected by the economic challenges. This is a management problem not having better expectations. Probably losing at least $2-5 per shopping basket. I live in the middle of 3 Frys that serve many demographics with rampant competition. Watched thesenstore conditions and customer service steadily go backwards the last 5yr. This review can be applied to any of these 3 Frys. Albertsons & Safeway outshine them all. It's Fry's pricing that saves them. Even after the remodels to protect themselves from the new Safeway. Remodel cannot change attitude or work ethic. Feels like a Regional Manager issue who's become comfortable, therefore not expecting more from his managers, relying on sales but not realizing how much more sales are out there.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the parking isn't fair to those who don't have a golf cart.

It is the frys closest to me and it is a good store, but out of ALL the frys in the vicinity (I’ve been to them all) this one is the absolute worst when it comes to having enough check out lanes open. They usually have the one section of self check outs open and maybe one or two regular cashier check out lanes open. I’d say the 2nd self check out area on the side closest to the pharmacy is closed 95% of the time. Even on weekends when it’s busier, so lines build up at self check out and regular lanes all the time. I don’t know if it’s a constant short staff ness or lack of decent front end management but why not open up the 2nd self check out area more often at least? The other stores in the area very rarely have this problem. The Lake pleasant store can have some lines too but that’s only because it’s a much busier, seemingly better staffed store

I have never, in my three years of living here, I have ever had a problem with the self check out. For whatever reason I had an issue because their system was acting up. Never have I ever had an issue getting cash back from a self checkout system. When the system was acting up and it was taking a little bit of time for them to come over and help us the manager there named Tonya had a ridiculously poor attitude and was extremely disrespectful. I understand, that self check out should be used for a smaller amount of items that I had, but there is no need to be disrespectful And humiliate me by reprimanding me over and over again. I don’t know how she got that position. Maybe it’s 10 year or whatever but she needs a reminder of what responsibilities she has a manager of a grocery store.
I live right across the street, as I have said, never an issue. All of a sudden I’m banned from self checkout because I wanted cash back and their system froze. Her attitude was ugly and I’m extremely disappointed.

I was provide a horrible customer service experience I was inquiring when they closed because my car was experiencing issues I was banned and had been spoken to with cold disregard I don't understand why I was treated like a problem when I was attempting to be responsible so I could have my car troubles resolved I only was using the bathroom

I have shopped at this store for over 7 years and have always had the best customer service experience. Until today, when a gentleman named Marlin was working the customer service counter. I've never seen Marlin before so maybe he is a fill in but apparently it was an inconvenience for him to turn the items over to get the barcodes as he asked me to do it. He then started chatting with a young lady in the middle of my payment transaction which must have been more important than helping me.
Perhaps Marlin could use some more customer service training so that others don't have the same experience I did. Thank you.

Overall, the store is great. The cashiers, especially Linda, are friendly. However, the afternoon manager—sporting a Dixie haircut—can be quite annoying. Once, while waiting for my coffee, she dismissed a cashier backup request with an ‘oh, they can wait.’ My personal experience involved trying to buy two prime ribs, but she insisted on keeping more for others and denied us of buying more than one. There was no mentioned of buying certain quantities in the tag so not sure why she did that. It’s a store, not a charity; selling should take priority over sharing. Not sure how she became a shift lead. On a positive note, they have a sushi special every Wednesday!?

Huge shout out to all your help in the Fry’s drive up-pick up. I appreciate you guys so much. You always hustle out groceries and deal with a huge crowd effortlessly. Thank You for always saving me time and the chore of grocery shopping!

Was a fan until tonight...
Anybody else sick of checking out own groceries, then bagging them, and then they want to crawl though the bags looking to check your count? Yeah, I got fed up tonight and walked out and left it for them to restock. I tired of working for frys for free.
