Update- After leaving the below review, I was contacted by the company and received a check for the money I was owed within a week. I only wish I had done this first as it would have saved me months of headache trying to do things the way the front desk personnel instructed me (to contact the billing dept). As I told Aubrey (who was delightful), I will give it another go should I need physical therapy in the future, but I will monitor the claims closely instead of trusting the staff as I did the first time. Original review--- The care I was given by my Physical Therapist and staff was great. The fact that they over billed me for $172 and change and I am 3 months later still begging them to send me a check is ridiculous. I brought the error to their attention the end of Nov. and I have made at least 6 calls to the billing dept and each time I am given confirmation that they owe me the money but there is some excuse for why they can't/haven't issued a check for it. The customer (no) service rep I last spoke to yelled at me for complaining about the problem and told me I was yelling and then disconnected my call. The medical staff was great the accounting and business side is a disaster so beware of being over charged and not getting your money back!

Always great training!! Each class is always a change up of a variety of different exercises. The trainers are great too.

Coach Decker was highly recommended to me, and I have enjoyed working with him to achieve my goal of toning and improving my overall health. He is flexible with scheduling, which helps when working full-time and being a momma.From the first performance assessment, he made me feel comfortable and continuously encouraged and pushed me. Kyle has created very sport specific training plan for my daughter to help build functional strength and speed. Having a structured strength training program that is balanced to prevent injuries is critical for all young athletes.

FAST is amazing!! Whether it has been Kyle, Frank, Cameron, Dante, or Celeste, these trainers get you right! The accountability of this facility is priceless, and my fitness has been transformed as a result. I am so thankful I found this gym as my workout spot and would not ask for anywhere better!

I informed my assigned Physical Therapist of a Safety Issue that I had with one of the technicians and would like to have one of the other many technicians that I had no issues with for future sessions.My Physical Therapist ignored my request and when I returned for a session, I was assigned the same technician that I had Safety Issues.I do not like to be put into this position, since I’m paying for these sessions. I have spoken to my assigned Physical Therapist and Director of what occurred. They don’t seem to care.Even so, I no longer trust the facilities personnel to take care of my concerns and will not be attending any more sessions. I had enjoyed the previous sessions, but can’t tolerate being ignored.I worked in the health industry and know firsthand that the patient comes first; I would have never treated a patient in this matter

I have worked out at FAST off and on for several years and I have always enjoyed Kyle's unique approach to functional fitness.Last year I decided to make a career change and my goal was to apply for the Fire Service. Knowing this was a huge undertaking, I turned to Kyle for help with preparation for the physically demanding parts of the job. He tailored a very specific plan to get me to the next level. Not only have I enjoyed the workouts, but I value the knowledge of fitness that Kyle continuously shares while coaching. His training methods combine mobility and strength, ensuring a full body workout that is safe and effective. He also teaches the importance of active recovery and rest days. I have been able to dominate my practical tests while feeling healthy and ready for more.I would highly recommend Kyle and his team to anyone looking for a game changer in their fitness routine. I started training with Morgan while she was working on her Masters at SUU in Utah. She then got her dream job at FAST, so I went with her! Well, kinda. I Zoom with Morgan 3x a week. She had always made it so fun and exciting. She pushes me, and I thank her every day for it. Tell her what your goals are, and she will make it happen. Best trainer ever! ❤️

Kyle and staff are great at listening to you and helping achieve the goals you set. Wether that’s gaining mobility, losing weight, toning up or looking like Chuck Norris. Knowledgeable trainers that understand form can prevent injury, keeping your stomach tight, feet planted and back straight during lifts is lost on previous trainers I have seen. Highly recommend for any fitness level you wish to achieve.

Have been and will continue to come here every summer to train for my main season. The first training period I went through, I felt as if I doubled my speed and agility! Highly recommend to anyone trying to get better!

I’ve worked out with FAST for about 5 years now, and trained there prior to going to college to play volleyball. Kyle and his staff are absolutely amazing, they have so much knowledge & constantly pushed me and my peers to be in the best physical and mental shape I’ve ever been in. It isn’t just “working out” it was specified training, tailored to my sport to help me with the muscle groups specifically used in my sport, & helping p condition me for my sport. Even after college, I’ve still continued to go to stay in shape. Cant thank them enough!
