This location is awful. The printers cut off parts of the documents and they don't come out clear. At nearly a dollar a page for color copies, one would expect their printers to be of high quality. Then the staff tried to blame me for the quality of the print out. Terrible experience.

I tried to refund an item and I have to send an email but they said they did not get it so it I did it again and again but they keep telling me it did not work. I waited for 20 minutes so they said I will have to come back later.

The customer service at this location is fantastic. Tracy assisted me with the self print station. He was very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be using this store for any more of my office and shipping needs.

Paula couldn’t have been more helpful with what I thought was a basic Christmas letter with a few pictures. It became a real challenge and she was more than ready to help me get my letter ready for printing. She took a lot of her time and we finally made it!! Thank you, Paula!! We did it!!

I've never had a bad experience here! Employers are always friendly, helpful, and the store is very clean. I've never dealt with the manager I see people leaving bad reviews for, so maybe it's one bad egg that keeps ruining customer experience. I'm very happy with this location!

Messing with my files without asking , rude service from certain employees, and only a few employees who are willing to help me.
Would give 0 stars if i could, i wont be back.

Seemed to give this FedEx a couple tries to see if they would improve.
Very unhappy with the results and attitude I received. Talked to an employee who said my files were unable to be used, but later had to call the store to allow another employee to help me use them which was nice.
Files also being resized when I asked nicely for no resizing. Also waiting 6-8 hours during the day for 5 simple copies.
Kind of rude customer service when I just needed a few copies for my projects. There seem to be a few nicer employees but they seemed busy. Besides that, I would not recommend this location. :/
