Don't waste your time. Zero supplies, not even an envelope. Zero customer service, "I just scan it and send it, that's all" is what I was told. Save yourself the trip and go to the location in Walmart on Lake Pleasant Rd. Friendly and helpful there.

The Fedex lady here has no idea how the fedex/usps smartpost label works. Kept insisting I take it to usps since the label does not say fedex on it. Told her I've dropped off packages before no problem and even the return instruction says to drop it off at Fedex. Then she tells me this isn't a Fedex location?? It is FedEx in Walgreens? Made no sense but I asked to scan the bar code anyways and reluctantly she does and tells me it doesn't work. Kept saying it isn't Fedex location and either I take it to Usps or Fedex location. Took it over to Walgreens Fedex on 67th and had NO problem dropping off!! The nice lady at 67th location tells me there are two bar codes; usps and fedex and the lady at 83rd location must have scanned the wrong one... sheesh.. if you need to use Fedex, go to 67th Walgreens. Not this one.

I was told I could pack something myself in a shoe box when I called about pricing & when I got there I was told oh no we can't send it like that, we have to repack it that will cost an additional 7.99. They definitely need to be on the EXACT same page as the customer service at the 800 number
