BUYER BEWARE!!!! I canceled my membership on March 27, 2024 and received a confirmation email. My credit card was continually charged $35.99 for the following 4 months. There is no way to speak to an actual person to rectify this situation, so after trying to communicate via web site and text, I have blocked all future charges through my credit card company and disputed past charges in order to receive a refund. Business practices such as these are how businesses ultimately fail, and I would expect the same to occur here. Not a snowball chance in hell, I will ever give this company another red cent.

Just curious why this one is not like the Surprise location, mainly no towels to wipe or dry, the vending machine doesn't take credit cards, no restrooms, hardly any staff etc? I know Surprise seems busier but at least the towels and vending machine should be the same, since you don't carry hand towels and most people don't have cash it makes no sense for the vending machine not to take cards to get our own towels etc? There shouldn't be such a discrepancy between the two.

The car wash was clean and I was greeted promptly. The site manager took the time to explain the different membership packages but definitely should update the name tags. Nino helped when I couldn’t get the vacuum hose out of the holder because of the increase suction of the hose. I saw the local police department uses this wash also its nice to see our community all coming together at one wash.

This is the first time I used Fast & Friendly Express car wash and I was greeted very fast with a smile and service. The car wash was Excellent and came out Perfect. Thank you and I will return again for Unlimited washes.

Came here and was sold on a 20$/mo membership since the guy with his hair combed over with gel was informative but of course that was to get me sold on it. Came back the next few times after and was supposed to get air freshener and dashboard wipe along with a microfiber towel since it comes with having a membership and never got these as well as the same guy that sold me on getting the membership was rude because I rolled down my window to ask for these things he was on the phone talking to someone not doing his job and rudely told me to move forward to go through the carwash already. Haven't been back since and cancelled my membership.

I give only 4 stars today...
I've been using this car wash ( 107th/ Olive) for the last 2 years, and I have always been given an air freshener for the basic wash... until just recently, I'm now told I need to upgrade to a better wash... did something change, or does this manager need to be updated with the correct rules?
Otherwise I give you 5 stars.

The car wash is a little louder than some of the newer ones but the service here is great and simple. While new car washes have damp towels, updated washes, and new buildings their vacuums suck. This location has the best vacuums I’ve ever used at a car wash. I’ve been to super star, 3 minute, cobblestone, grand, basically every car wash in the valley and the vacuums are awful. I love how they handed me a microfiber towel, dash wipes, and a free air freshener before I entered the wash. The guy running the car wash was super genuine, thanks me for coming, and told me to have a wonderful day. I love how this car wash isn’t jam packed with people and it was a quiet environment for me to wash my car in peace. Great service!
