I had a bulging disk after childbirth and could barely walk. After several visits I had no more pain. The staff here are super heros! They listen attentively and are soooo gentle and kind. Melissa and Jillian are the best when it comes to PT. Unfortunately I don’t see them very often because they are SOOOO good and my Back is back to normal! I recommend them for any issues you may have that requires PT. They also corrected my husbands hip issue a few months ago! Don’t put off going to see them if you have a back problem! Their treatment is amazing.

10 Stars !! For more than 30 years I have had pain from 2 cars accidents in Florida. I have tried many therapy modalities in FL, IL, CO, and AZ. Including chiropractic, orthopedic surgeons, acupuncture, spinal/cortisone shots, cupping,etc. When the 3rd shot didn't work, I was in extreme pain and was prescribed major medication. I researched and found Dr Melissa/Exclusively Spine. Dr Melissa reviewed my MRI and x-rays, took a complete history, tailored my therapy, and explained all equipment. The staff is the BEST. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and optimistic. They also are cheerful and organized and move you through efficiently. After the second visit, I have not had nightly headaches and shoulder/arm pain in years. My lower back, which was deemed inoperable( degenerated disks), has been improving so I am resuming normal activities. I have seen all kinds of spinal injuries improved since I first came. I love these spine experts ( most of all Rocko!)

Jack R.- I was referred to Exclusively Spine by a co-worker of my wife, who had a great turnaround and avoided scheduled back surgery by being treated by Melissa and her crew. I had two herniated discs in my lower back, was in constant severe pain, could not get in any position that was comfortable, and had to walk with crutches. After a thorough assessment by Melissa, I began my treatment that included several different exercises and several different pieces of equipment, which always kept things interesting and fun. I even created a few "new" exercises-much to the humor of all who were watching. And fun is the key word here, as everybody has a quick laugh and a positive attitude. Even at their busiest, I was never waiting for assistance or direction, and we quickly became a little family. The next step for my issue was surgery, and I am happy to say I was completely healed by Exclusively Spine with no need for surgery and have returned to all of my activities. Melissa also guided me on what movements to avoid, and even put together a workout plan revision from what I used before to keep my lower back in mind. To date, I feel great and even continue to visit Exclusively Spine for regular VAX-D sessions to maintain my healthy back. Do yourself a favor if you want the best, visit Exclusively Spine and get ready to feel better!
