I've been going to Jennifer exclusively for hambre gel manicure since 2019. I'm very happy with her work. Yes, she's very busy and difficult to get in with - because she is so good and I suspect has a long loyal client base. I can't speak to the rest of the staff or salon, as I only use Jennifer.

Use to be good, not anymore since Lou left! These girls only communicate between each other in their language! They do what they think is nice,not what the customer wants! Never going back and I have been a customer for 6 yrs !

I was using Kayla for awhile she did a decent job but they never had my polish color and she always wanted to charge extra for building up one side of a nail if needed on a fill. When I went in and even though an appointment was made I was always left waiting 15 to 20 min. I decided to try someone else, I tried Jennifer, she is good but very busy and hard to get into, so I tried a 3rd gal Lisa, I made the appt 3 weeks ago and today was the day. I went in said my appt was for Lisa, everyone looks concerned and begins the whole Vietnamese chit chat, next thing the owner comes to me and says Lisa is back in her hometown. ????? he doesn't know how long she will be but in ither words she isn't there. I asked him "you couldn't call me to tell me this or reschedule????" He had nothing, he said I have another person that can take you I was disappointed to say the least but decided I'm there, ok. 15 minutes go by, I walk up to the owner and ask, when is this person available, he said in about 40 minutes. I lost my sh*t,I said "you were just gonna leave me sit there the whole time and wait???" There is no customer service left in this place, I walked out and will NEVER go back here. I had been a great customer for over a year and an excellent tipper even when it wasn't deserved. They care nothing about the customer, only the mighty dollar, and how many people they can cram in, in one day. Stay far away from this place. inconsiderate

A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE! My husband and I got pedicures. We were in the chair approximately 15 minutes. the bill was $74.00. Outrageous! We got the callus removal add on that they should have included with the mans pedicure for free since they weren't doing a polish, but no, nothing extra here. The leg massage was poor and when I went to leave no one helped me put on me flip flops even though 5 or 6 workers were standing around. So that is where the tip was lost. There was an older man that came in 10 minutes before I left, no one greeted him, and he was still sitting there when we walked out. There were only 2 other patrons and again lots of standing around. This place has really gone downhill, I will never go back!

We were just here for the first time my daughter in law picked out. I usually go to Classic Nails which is amazing!!!! They left here old polish on and didn't take care of the cuticles.. rough edges.. Didn't have her wash her hands. A very not good job. Now we are back to have them fixed if even possible. Takes up our time and won't ever return here. My toes I had done were excellent and although things done quickly she did a great job!!! but LOVE CLASSIC NAILS OVER NEXT TO FRY'S I would NOT COME HERE . Now they are trying to fix her nails they messed up on.. I grinding her nails to try and fix.. will take her to Classic Nails to hopefully repair

I wouldn't even give this place one star. They never take walk ins and the few times I made an appointment they were late. I've had countless of full sets that were awful, service is just as bad as the work they put out.

Have been going here for years. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere. The quality has gone down. I have gone in twice now and picked out colors from their books for dip nails and ended up with a completely different color. They keep showing me the product and said this is it, you’ll be fine. Also my toes don’t match my fingers. When I showed her at the end of my appointment the book with the color, she said “oh yeah it doesn’t match, next time we will use a different product line for you.” They charged me full price $85 for a color I don’t like at all!!! I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid and left. I called the manager and he said the same thing she did. He was not interested in customer service at all. I’m a hairstylist and would never charge a client for something they didn’t like or ask for, and would try my hardest to make it right. Looks like I’ll be finding a new place to go. Also, I used to be able to go three weeks and lately I need them done after only two weeks. Hope this helps someone else avoid the experience I had.Services: Dip powder

Just asked for a basic manicure. I was escorted to a station. The manicurist never made eye contact. I said no color, just plain manicure. I was in the station literally 15 minutes. No eye contact, no interest in what she was doing. She was chatting with others in salon. No clean tools, towels were used. She started spraying alcohol on my nails, at least 15 sprays. Starts to use top coat. I said NO color. Probably the worst experience ever. Buyer beware….Service: Manicure

The place seems amazing just don’t let Andy do your pedicure ! I paid for basically pint on my toes wouldn’t even call it pedicure ! I’ll go back just won’t have him to do my pedicure !Service: Pedicure

This is my favorite nail salon for pedicure/manicure in the area. The employees have regulars, they know their names and chat well with them like they've known them for a while. They take their time. While you get a pedicure, you're sitting on a massage chair which adds to the relaxation. It's also very clean.

I was just there and got a pedicure by Missy. She was wearing a bluetooth headset and talked on the phone in Vietnamese the whole time. She pointed me to the chair, didn't turn on the massage for me, proceeded to do my toes like I wasn't there. I asked for the WIFI password. When I tried it it didn't work, but she was so engrossed in her phone call I decided not to interrupt her again. When it came time to apply polish she forgot to use the base and polish I brought. The pedicure was $45. I won't be going back. That said, the pedicure itself seems fine, so it wouldn't be fair to give it fewer stars.Service: Pedicure

I love my nails and will continue to see Lynn who did my nails. She did an excellent job on my shabby nail job done by another salon. Very happy with the results!

I asked the person doing my pedicure not to cut the side of my nail because they are ingrown. Still cuts it, too late by the time I notice. Also ends up cutting me with the cuticle tool and both big toes are swollen the next day
