We bought two bikes at this shop. Adam is very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. He was patient and worked with us to find the right bike & fit for our needs. I would highly recommend going to this bike shop. You will not be disappointed!

Our new e-bike arrived today in Gilbert, AZ. Nineteen days from date of on-line order. Packaging and handling was exceptional.Our second electric bike and we love it. Bought some great helmets as well. Top notch product and company!

Adam is the wizard of electric bikes! I had some derailleur issues and he resolved it quickly.He has great customer service and listens to all his customers bike issues and provides services that all businesses should take lessons from. His selection of e-bikes are impressive and reasonably priced!

These guys were very helpful with the issue in my ebike. I figured it was the BMS, but they confirmed that this was a BMS issue. They were friendly and would listen to our questions patiently. Unlike Savage Bicycles, they will do what they can to help out with any ebike.

They always help me fix my e-bike even tho I didn’t buy it at their store, pretty reasonable prices on the fixes as well and always up front letting you know what the issue is.

Was visiting some friends in Arizona for a few days and was looking for something to do in the area. We looked up a few other rental places and they all all seemed crazy priced for a couple hour rental. Wasn't about to spend $100 just to bike around for a couple hours. Luckily found the these guys who had totally reasonable rental rates and the they were super friendly. We had a blast riding up and down the river trails stopping a few times to view the wildlife, its a great location. Highly recommended.

I always try to support small business, so when my wife wanted to get some ebikes I let her do all the research. She came up with wanting a Mokwheel bike. So rather than buy from the factory we found a bike shop that carried them. The employees, or owners (?), Were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the store is three hours away and Mokwheel hadn't delivered all the upgrades to the store. Nota problem as it was thanksgiving and we could go back up at Christmas. Things have not gone well. The store doesn't answer or return our phone calls and Mokwheel doesn't intervene in store issues. We are super frustrated, don't yet have our upgrades, and nobody will talk to us,much less help us. I truly don't want to drive there again not knowing if we can even get the rest of our equipment. We are owed inverters, baskets, cellphone holders, helmets, etc. We have gone to Amazon and bought most of these items in frustration. It very much feels like that they got their money and that they are looking for the next customer. They have no interest in helping us complete the sale and get the balance of our equipment or perform the warranty work

We got our mother an electric tricycle for her birthday. Russ and Adam were so helpful and cared as much as we did about how much our mother would like it. Best bike guy ever! I bought my ebike from Adam last year. After 660 miles on my bike I got a flat tire. I brought my bike to the store and Adam fixed it on the spot. He also tuned up my bike and showed me how to adjust the brakes. Great guy, professional, reasonable prices and very friendly. If you are looking for an ebike or want to test ride one, this is your place!

Had a mechanical steering issue with my electric scooter, and was told I could drop it off and Adam could check it out Tuesday. A couple hours later I get a call from Adam saying it was a slow day and he had corrected my steering malfunction. When I arrived he noticed there was a rub on the steering stabilizer so he grabbed a wrench, adjusting the headlight making the correction. Adam is friendly, obviously fast, concise and without a doubt the ultimate professional. Moreover, he has a wide selection of electric bikes (wish I had found him before buying a scooter). I will certainly be recommending Adam to all my friends!
