These guys are great. My Macbook died right as I was starting a big work project. I couldn’t afford a new one so I had to go refurbished. After a really bad experience with Amazon Renewed (the computer was nice but clearly stolen so I had to send it back) Bart sold me a Macbook Pro that is in pristine condition and for a truly unbeatable price. Pretty sure this computer is worth more than I paid for it and I’m grateful they were willing to sell it to me given that they normally only do bulk sales.

I never write reviews, but this place is the best! They have great options for incredible prices, and even threw in a charger for my older macbook so I could get it started up again. I would highly recommend this place, and especially the assistance from Bart!

If there were more stars available, I would give them. The EcoTech team is great. Knowledgeable, friendly & honest! Their free diagnostic testing helped me better understand what was going on with my computer AND helped me realize that I didn't need a new system (or any pricey repairs). If your computer is giving you any trouble, this is the place to go!!!

Brought my computer in for repair. Charged me 650.00 for a duel graphics card logic board that had to be replaced. Installed a basic logic board with intel graphics card. Promised to replace it with the correct board but just continued to avoid me when I would call to ask if they got the correct board for my laptop. Not trustworthy to fix their mistakes.

Germain went above and beyond great customer service. He helped me get what I needed from my old Mac. The office has great Feng Shui a place you feel really comfortable and inspired. I highly recommend Ecotech to anyone.

As a graphic artist my computer is my livelihood. Anyway.... I made the brilliant decision to move my office desk with my $4,000+ imac and external monitor still on top and it all ended up on the concrete floor!!! Slo-mo HORROR!! Happy ending... Jermain at EcoTech fixed it!! Bart and Jermain are great guys and I recommend you take any and all of your mac business to them. We were visiting for the holidays and had computer issues. The team was very friendly, spent a lot of time explaining things and gave us a great deal on a replacement computer once we discovered that it wouldn’t make sense to repair the one we brought. We highly recommend using EcoTech for repairs, trade-ins or to purchase a new or used computer. They are knowledgeable and great people!

We went in today to get a mac pro checked for liquid damage and the guy thay helped us really took his time to explain what the issue might be and gave us various options as to what we could do to get it repaired. He was very nice the whole time and then even talked to us about what device would work better for my schoolwork. Definitely recommend them!!

When I tell you I had a jacked up MacBook Pro, the owner definitely helped me out! At first I was going to see if I could get it fixed but I knew in my heart that it probably wouldn't be logical to do so. He informed me of my options the same day of what I could get. They actually had the MacBook Pro that I had, same year and everything but a better version. He had another option of the MacBook Air version of which he was going to work with me as far as price goes. I came in the next day and bought it. The computer is in excellent condition and works amazing. Their prices are affordable and you have so many options on used MacBooks.Plus, they offer trade in value for your old one! I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you so much ?

Honest people. Good prices. My MacBook Pro screen decided to die on me and I was in need of something new (to me). They gave me a fair trade in price and I got a MacBook Air. I'm getting a Mac desktop so I didn't need another fancy laptop. They helped me pick the best value for my budget while considering all of my factors. Great overall experience

Jermaine Skinner has provided me outstanding and prompt technical service in the maintenance and reimaging of the computer across multiple operating systems. I would not hesitate to recommend their equipment & service although I feel prices are elevated.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR OLD TECH!!! I thought I'd share my experience! I had a macbook in a great condition other than a partially broken keyboard and an old ipad (think like Gen 2 kind of old). I took it to multiple places around phoenix, such as Tempe, etc. All of those places declined and wanted nothing to do with the tech. But EcoTech actually time to look into it and gave me a very good deal, which I didn't expect. I am incredibly satisfied with their services and I want to recommend everyone not to waste their time with other bureaus and just come to EcoTech for any of your tech needs!
