Wonderful facilities and staff! My son has had braces for a year and has received the best quality of care. Anytime he has experienced discomfort or broken a bracket/wire they work quickly to get him into the office to fix. The office staff does an amazing job of creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. Also, their Patient Appreciation events are a blast!!

I’ve been with e&s for 8 months now, and they have always gone above and beyond. Always attentive to my concerns and wants, everyone is friendly and professional. Overall a great orthodontist and team! Berta always takes good care of me, love her!

I’ve always had a great experience when coming here. My braces were removed over a year ago but due to a medical procedure, I needed to come back in order to have my permanent metal retainer removed. I didn’t realize it was going to be an issue until the imaging office called me to go over what to expect the next day during my procedure. As soon as I realized I needed to have the retainer removed, I called the Lake Pleasant office and they were able to get me in the same day so I wouldn’t have to reschedule my MRI. When I got into the lobby, I was greeted by name which was awesome …especially since it had been a long time since I was there. Berta called me to the back a few minutes before my appointment time so I didn’t have to wait long. She was very friendly and the removal didn’t take too long. She also took the time to answer my questions and to make sure my nightly retainer fit properly. I’ve always had such a great experience here and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs braces.

Exemplary orthodontist! I came to E&S with a very challenging alignment and cross bite mission. They accepted the challenge and are doing an extraordinary job. Explained reasoning behind techniques during appointment; very welcoming and friendly. Shannon did an incredible job with my braces alignment. Very skillful.

The staff here have always been friendly and courteous whenever I paid them a visit. The doctor knows what he is doing and will help you achieve that smile that you are looking for. Everyone may have different experiences and opinions about this place but whenever I was there it was always pleasant. There are times when I would have to bing my kids with me and they would always be treated with snacks or little goodies. E&S also has events for the community where you just have to sign up for and they would have giveaways as well. They have in-house competitions for the associates that work there and you can vote for which ever one you like best depending on the season. Other times they will have other things going on where prizes might be involved. This place is clean whenever you come in and always welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to fix your teeth to have that smile you always wanted.

My friend goes to E&S and she was telling me about how amazing it was! She also had mentioned how Shanon has been a really big help to her and fixed so many mistakes. My friend had some brakets brake and not only did Shanon fix them but she also fixed a messed up wire ,that was really bothering my friend, without my friend even asking her to. Big shout out to Shanon for making my friends Journey easier. I would definitely recommend going to E&S.
