UPDATE: District manager got back to me and asked local manager of store to compensate me for the bucket that was not mixxed correctly. Note to future customers make sure to ask them to spin the bucket two times. I still feel their customer service needs improvement at that location.Image treating your customers they way this location treats you! You would go broke. Stay far away. Find another location to save your self from a nightmare. Been using this store last ten years but the new set of staff have put this place in the dumpster. Corporate needs to step in and clean house or retrain folks. They have big time issues mixxing the buckets and matching their own colors. Walked in there to get the paint remade and they wouldn't even discount the 1st 5 gallon that was off when I sprayed it. Lost time and money. Funny thing is I am not the only one with this issue. If you could give this Dunn and Edward's a negative 4 stars you would doing them a favor. Again do yourself a favor find another location to do bussiness with to save your self from a nightmare sitution.

Walk in, literally no human sole to be found for a solid 5 minutes. Tyler then wonders out and is outright rude, acts like it's a huge inconvenience that I'm there. Shakes his head after I tell him I'm dont have an account. LoL, customer service needs some training to say the least.

Went to this location yesterday Sunday 10/23/22 at 3:46pm just to grab a couple color swatches and they were closed! Posted hours online says they are open till 4!! We saw the guy driving away, unless it was an other disappointedc customer.

Picking out paint is a whole world within itself! First the sample paint card, getting a sample of that paint, applying it to your wall only to realize it looks completely different due to several reasons. Process starts all over again, and again, oh did I mention AGAIN!Thank goodness for these 3 INCREDIBLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL,PATIENT people at Dunn Edwards at this location! Dan….. Lizzy… & Travis ! Their customer service is TOP-NOTCH! I probably could have painted my whole home & fence by now with as many samples I’ve put on them to get just the right color! These 3 FABULOUS experts have been nothing short of FABULOUS!I recommend this location/ company to anyone looking for the right people to guide you especially if you need to follow strict guidelines for your HOA.I’ve owned several businesses and if they worked with me , I wouldn’t let these GREAT people go anywhere ! They’re definitely keepers!Thank you team!

I visited your store in Peoria today, we needed a special color to meet our COA requirements when touching up a block wall. We had intended to go to Home Depot across the street, but then saw your sign and decided we'd rather try to stay local. We were helped by Liz, who knew what we needed almost before we did! She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and because of that, Dunn-Edwards is going to be our go-to store for paint and related supplies. Thanks again Liz and Dunn-Edwards, for all your help today. Larry and Michele

I was not thrilled with my overall experience here today. I need to repaint my door and my HOA is very specific on the color selection and where to buy the paint, but offers a discount code. My husband asked me to pick up a quart for our door and get paint chips for the house colors so that we had them to use in the future. I tried go in on Sunday, but they had temporary hours listed and were closed. This was a little inconvenient bc they're listed online as being open, but it was really not a big deal, so I went back today. The setup was confusing. There are two counters opposite and one person was serving two customers at one counter and a gentleman was doing something on the computer at the other, so I wasn't certain where I was to go to receive service bc he looked busy. I went to the sample wall, but there was a couple looking at them and just standing there staring in the way, so I started to walk back to the front and the gentleman on the computer then helped me.The gentleman who helped me was very nice and informed me that they have been out of my specified paint type and color for several months. They can't call to let you know if and when it comes in. Ok... Bummer. I'll still get the paint chips and call back later to check in occasionally.I specifically said that my husband wanted me to pick up paint chips. He replies "Well I have samples of the two colors". Again I asked, "Ok, so you don't have paint chips or a sample of the third color?" and was told again "Well I can get you samples of the two." I'm thinking, ok, great. If I can't get paint chips the samples should be fine bc it'll be the true color and I can get 2 out of 3... You have to pay for the samples though, which I actually didn't need at all. Oh, and btw, the discount can't be applied to the samples... Of course... After I pay for two paint samples, he then said "Did you still need those paint chips?" This is where my experience soured.I specifically asked for paint chips when I entered and now they're giving them to me after implying they don't have them. So you got $10 bucks from me, which I had no need to spend, but I'll take my paint chips across the street to color match from here on out. This really felt like bait and switch. At least he prevented me from wasting my time and money at other locations bc they're out valley wide of what I need.

Great service. They were pretty busy but I was out in under 20 min. Color match was just about as perfect as it gets.
