Horrible customer service now that they have self-check out! This place sells items for very cheap and quality of most items reflect that. Went to this location 8:15, 3/4/2024. Walked past 2 employees and neither said hello, how are you or anything. There were a handful of customers and not one of them was greeted by these employees. So basically you can walk in there, get what you need, self-checkout, and not have any interaction with a single employee??

On my last visit to this Dollar Tree I run into associate HEIDI. She is the employee I bet most retail stores WISH they employed. Big smile. asked customers if they are finding everything they are looking for, etc. This lady Heidi is Great. Please give her a raise and a promotion!!! ♥️

Ever since they actually got rid of cashiers and put the machines in people have become lazy. Yeah people that work there walking around basically barely doing anything going in the back. Probably on their phones. They could be on at least register one helping other people but they're just standing there doing nothing. I will never ever come back to this store ever again. Worse customer service ever. You all should be ashamed of yourself. There's people that actually work hard to make a living and here you are standing around doing nothing when you could be helping people. FYI this store used to be clean. It looks like trash now.

Most of the items I purchased were more than $1 and now I have to self checkout? You're not paying me to work. Either employ people to provide service or discount your prices to compensate for the lack of labor cost. I won't be back.

Before the raid on 89th I used to not even know this place existed lol I would have to say I didn't get out much but now that I'm on my longboard cruising it a lot I came across it and it's like every other store yes some might have a better review buh overall items don't have emotions and the cashier is just doing her or his job it is pretty simple and awesome. The coconut water drinks are bomb . Com and the neighbors highly recommend it for a coupon bargain purchaser like me . Bruh the kitchen stuff it's a plus and well every store is differently stocked so it's a plus . I like it and enjoy my shopping. Overall I would have to say it's an awesome experience. Thank you owner of store for renting and making this dollar store big big love
