Store manager Tonya is rude to associates as well as customers. She is incompetent as a manager and fosters a negative environment for associates needing/asking for assistance.

This store is Soo CLEAN so glad I decided to come here for my son's birthday party decorations the staff is so friendly and Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed thanks so much for the great customer service skills Gabriel!

This store has really turned around !I had to come in the other day right before Christmas and was super worried it wouldn't be stocked and I'd have to wait forever BUT NOT THE CASE!YOU COULD TELL THE MANAGER GABRIEL WAS ON TOP OF PEOPLE STOCKING SHELVES AND THE QUICKEST TO CALL PEOPLE UP AS SOON AS THERE WAS A LINE.Thank you so much and this will be my preferred Dollar tree from now on!

Just ran in for a few items thr staff was extremely helpful. I asked the young man if they had flash cards. He asked Gabriel and he said he had a million and would run back and grab them I love this store and could spend the whole day and all my money here lol

Went in, purchased items, they were double bagged but when I got home half my order was not in the bag. When I called the store to speak to the staff call rings but no answer, tried again, same.

Walked into the store at 91st Ave, south of Peoria. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the employee blowing up balloons for another customer. But, the next customer who walked in after I did got a friendly greeting. I walked out. I walked in there with a purpose, but decided to not give them my business after that. Thank you, Dollar Tree. Now, I can give Walmart my money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately at this location there was a cashier named Ryan and he was very rude and kept throwing the scanner divider and it ended up hitting a child that I was with. Super unprofessional and it was a horrible experience. A manager seriously needs to talk to him.

Cashier greeted everyone that came in the door and thanked everyone when checked out. She doubled bag my sodas, and was very friendly. Unique items you can't find anywhere. She called for backup multiple times, but nobody came. But everyone of us understood. Out of stock on some items, but with inflation going on, more and more people are going here.

Rang up by Sarah B (polite)- had to do an exchange, for non acetone nail polish remover that was unopened, completely full to the brim.
She had to request assistant manager Sam to approve the exchange.
Here’s the drama from Sam,
The first excuse was “this was from august it’s been too long sorry.”
I politely point out that it hasn’t been a month.
The second excuse “well actually you need to have a non food item there’s a price difference.”
I point out the non food item.
The third excuse “actually no I can’t tell if you’ve used this product or not so I won’t be able to exchange it sorry”
I point out the brand new cap, completely full bottle.
She stares at me and goes “well I don’t know still”
Policy states “We will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt. We do not offer refunds.”
This was an unopened item with original receipt purchased within the past couple weeks, less than a month.
The policy is on every receipt, the door, and every checkout lane. She goes “well policy has changed sorry”, no it hasn’t, Sam. Quit lying to yourself and the customers.
She pushed it towards me and I requested she threw it away. It’s a worthless item to me now since you can’t provide an exchange that should’ve been approved.
Assistant managers shouldn’t be playing pick and choose. Stay consistent and up to date with your own policy. You couldn’t even tell what day of the month it was and thought august was months ago. That’s embarrassing.
