Dawn was friendly, attentive and really made certain that I was ok with everything she was doing & she would check the picture I had showed her at the start of the appointment. When I called I didn't think I would get one until next week sometime. Well.,.. fortunately for me her last appointment of the day cancelled and I got to get my hair done today. I absolutely freaking love it!!!!! Now I have a hairdresser and I won't go to anyone else because she knows what I like and we seemed to vibe, I would say it may as well been divine intervention that worked in our favor today because Dawn was counting on her client and I was hoping for a miracle to get my hair done if not today, then tomorrow, or the next. So... to the client who cancelled --thank you very, very much I felt very blessed today and Dawn made me feel very (be you tiful) again! Thank you so, so much Dawn I really love the care you put into my hair today!

Made an appointment for my son nearly two weeks ago and Dawn text 1 hour 15 minutes prior to the appointment to say she couldn’t do it. Very unhappy with this kind of service. We could have booked an appointment elsewhere within that time. The haircut is for an important event so now we have to find someone today or tomorrow.

She was so sweet & kind! I saw on her website that walk-ins were okay. So I showed up & asked if she could cut my hair. She was already servicing another person so she said I could either get a quick trim or ✨the full Donna experience✨ & if I wanted the full experience I’d have to come back lolol luckily I really just wanted my bangs trimmed. She cut my ends, gave me some layers, & sold me some leave-in conditioner that I’m loving! She was super cool & I really like my haircut :)Services: Bang trim

Dawn is so kind and helpful! My hair turned out great and was done quickly without sacrificing quality! I’ve gone to places where my hair was super dry and hard to brush after the service, but after Dawn was done, my hair was still super soft and manageable!
