Everyone is very friendly, but you're looking at a long wait. Even after scheduling an appointment you're still looking at an hour wait before they actually take your car to be worked on. So if possible I don't recommend sitting and waiting. A 45min job ends up turning into 2 hours. And that's after waiting in a long line for a consultation just to make the appointment to come back. Other than that very friendly and reasonable.

I have been using Discount Tire Co for years as my go-to tire shop for all my vehicles. The warranty they offer has saved me countless times over the years! I like that if you purchased your tires from them, you get free rotation and repair, and everyone can get a free air check on all tires.

They were awesome!!! My sister came from Tucson and found a nail in her tire. Got her to discount, and they helped her RIGHT AWAY! THANK-YOU!

Dont bring in if your tire is super low! Waste of time, they also haggle you for all your info, name and phone number. Waited in the air check line for over 20 min with a low tire only for the kid to tell us "sorry your tire is below 15psi so I can't fill it" but you can go inside and they can demount your tire and fill it up. I'm a service advisor for a shop so can you please explain why they need to demount a tire to add air?! uneducated kids. Had to waste my time then waste my money at the Minnie mart next door to put air in my tire. This is why I stick to big O.

No joke waited 4hrs for 1 tire warranty swap if I were you take the wheel off drop it off and comeback when it's done not worth the wait

Oh wow!! This tire shop prevented us from a possible terrible car accident. We noticed our low tire pressure light was on, and my husband saw something protruding from tire. Selena from Discount Tire helped us IMMEDIATELY , checking the tire for leaks. She told us the tire could probably be repaired, but they also wanted to rotate the tires. Upon doing so, Luke and Jose had us come to the work area, and showed us that we had a severely damaged tire ( one if their tires- Still under warranty) that could easily have blown out. The bad tire was replaced for free and the repair cost $17.00. We are SOOOO grateful and we will be customers for life

First off I just wanna say thanks to Justin for getting my appointment set for a same day appointment for the installation of my new wheels and tires. Justin has very great customer service and was very attentive with the customers walking in and out despite being busy. Tyler, Josh, And Dominic were very talented and amazing and professional when installing my wheels and tires. Not a single problem with the vehicle once I left and will definitely continue doing business at this location specifically. Would definitely recommend this location for any of your vehicles needs.

Michael was amazing!! I made an appointment for 11:45am. not only did he check the quality of my tires, look at ALL options for tires/pricing, price match my wiper blades, but he got me out by 12:30pm after a rotation & balance, along with a new tire! he really took the time to make sure i explored all options within my price range. such a sweet guy! also everyone was hustling in there!! great store!!?

i had to buy a new tire. Thye found one that fit, put it on my wheel and then threw it in the back of my car. They had left the spare tire on my car, instead of putting the new one on. so I brought it up before I left, someone told me I was going to have to wait an hour for them to get my car back in to change the tire. Before I could ask for a manager a woman heard and saw what was going on, took my keys and pulled the car into the bay herself. She then changed the tire for me, so I only had to wait the 25 minutes or whatever for her to put my new tire on. I then spoke to her and the manager. praised her, then told the manager be thankful I'm not someone who will flip out over things. Because I'm sure a Karen would have let them have it, screamed for a refund and whatever else. I probably should have asked for a discount for my trouble, but whatever. lol.

Justin was very helpful. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. I needed my tires replaced and he showed me price comparisons as well as the specs. This information really helped me make my decision. The service does tend to take a while which is understandable between appointments and walk-ins. Despite other customers being upset, the staff still remained friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Always good service with a great staff. From the check tire pressure area to the service department. Honesty with keeping it 100 for your car's well being. Had to go on a Saturday due to a stupid nail in my tire that is not old. Bought all new tires from discount that matched Walmarts price and forget the dealer.... what a RIP off. Anyhoo got tire patched up without having to get a brand new warranty tire. on my way on a Saturday afternoon in an hour and a half. They work hard in that shop and are always pleasant.

So I've dealt with discount tire for many many years never had an issue. Took my 2020 Acura MDX to get all 4 new tires spent $1600+ for the work just to get my front seat looking like this. I spoke to Gabriel the manager who says only red shirt employees get into customer vehicles which was a lie because when I pulled up I seen a guy in a black shirt get into a vehicle and drive it into the bay area. He's basically trying to insinuate that my car was like that. Then he wants to argue with me about how it couldn't have been his employees only making matters worse and pissing me off more!! So he eventually says let me get a towel and clean it I said no use turtle wax and a microfiber towel it's leather I don't want it ruined. Well he didn't like that a basically told me to file a claim he's not gonna help me anymore!! I don't recommend anyone using the location on 91st ave and Northern!!!

2 tires & tire sensors. Tires are great, but they didn’t give me the option of fixing or replacing sensors, which was 1/2 the reason I was there. I was just told 2 were bad, well I knew something was wrong that’s why I was there!! So I’m not happy , & will take my business to another discount tire
