Unacceptable service was on the phone with Mike explaining to him about my Pirellis that you get 90,000 Mi out of a Pirelli Tire I bought four brand new tires I need three new ones and I only received 25,000 Mi on my tires. I was speaking to Mike so-called manager I was asking him which tire is better for me to have on my car he never answered the question told me if I wanted to go with my pirelli's to go for it this is what it would cost then through my butt on hold you are rude and I do not want to speak to you again Mike the manager you need to learn to have respect for your customers as well as customer service skills!!!

I highly recommend this location! If you are seeking quality customer service and quick service, this is the place for you! I went in on a Monday morning, needing a tire replacement as quick as possible. Michael assisted me and provided the anticipated wait time but assured me he would do what he could to get the service completed as quick as possible so that I could get to work. The entire team worked together and got me quickly back on the road! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the compassionate and hard working employees at this store.
Michael you are the man! ??

Honestly pleasantly surprised.
I showed up after 5pm with a very quickly leaking tire.
I found a waiting room full of people.
A few people in line.
I was certain they would have to turn me away.
They were able to get it done.
45 minutes.

My family and I have been going to Discount Tire for years. We had our first negative experience, big blunder, which happens, we are human. Michael the store manager went above and beyond in correcting the situation. No questions asked. They had my business before, now I'll definitely be loyal knowing that they will stand by their work and take ownership. Thank you Michael for taking care of us.
