Loud noises, train overnight, reservation for 4 people only 2 towels available, damage microwave, terrible breakfast, overall expensive and doesn't match the price of the stay.

I needed a room because i live in N. AZ and had to have a medical procedure done at local hospital. I could not be late so i went the night before. After looking around, i could not find much available due to spring training/baseball or anything i could afford .Mistake i made is I should have gotten a room farther away from the hospital rather than take a chance on this dive. So i ran across this hotel. Big mistake. The entire property is unkempt starting with the weathered foyer that greats you outside, outdated and old paint job. worn out parking lot. Unkempt to non existing landscape. Feral cats everywhere. This dive is located in an industrial area. Hallways are dim and dirty. Place smells of tobacco. Old tobacco. Rooms are dated. I would not even put my dirty clothes on the floor, so filthy. I slept with sweat pants on in fear of the unknown. Breakfast- its non existent...coffee machine was ancient, juice machine was broken ( i am told i would not drink out of it) and i did not see any breakfast. Other reviews stated there are frozen waffles you can toast and granola bars. The area was old, smelled and dated so clearly i did not get anything. Next real issue, its in an industrial section of town, there is a train that passed 4 times. 11pm till 4 am blaring its horn , it was like in your room. Ground shakes. Horn blasts. UGH... what a dive.

We were needing a room last minute and the front desk lady was very rude over the phone. The room was decent, 2 of the lamps didn't work at all. Continental breakfast was very limited and not great.

The housekeeping staff are the best out there. They really seem to care and it's surprising to me, today, to find anyone who actually takes pride in their work. Kathy and Diana are great. Thanks for making my stay cozy and comfortable.

Beware of this place!! We stayed with a baseball tournament. Not kid friendly. No food! BAR/RESTAURANT IS NOT OPEN!!!!! Dirty! Carpet gross and ripped. Bathroom is dirty and moldy. Equipment broken. The pool has so much chlorine in it our kids eyes were blood shot and had rashes. This hotel, really a motel is run down, old and dirty. No food around and really an unsafe neighborhood for the price charged. False advertisement based on the pictures.

This place was dirty, outdated and overpriced. I get the whole supply and demand thing with spring training but to charge people 260 bucks a night for a room that was probably obsolete in the late 70s is flat taking advantage. The place smelled bad, the complementary breakfast was pitiful, Police arrested a guy on our back patio at gunpoint at midnight. Kind of rough to be woken up hearing police yelling, “he’s got a gun, he’s got a gun!“ Wanted to take my grandson and son to Peoria to enjoy spring training with the Padres. the Padres did fine but I feel used by Days Inn, and Wyndham hotels. Would never stay there again. The day time desk people were nice though.

I’d say it’s one step above rooms by the hour, if you know what I mean. Black mold in the bathroom, filthy carpet(don’t go bare foot), smells of cigarette smoke, beds are horrible, people trying to get into your room both nights were were there. Stay

if i could give 0 stars i would. and yes i would like a full refund considering i stayed like 3 hours and then just left.My recent stay at the Days Inn was profoundly disappointing, culminating in a ruined Valentine's Day due to the hotel staff's inflexible adherence to policy at the expense of guest privacy and comfort.Upon booking a room for a private, discreet rendezvous, meticulously planned to ensure anonymity for both parties involved, I encountered unexpected and unnecessary challenges that contradicted the very essence of hospitality. Despite providing extensive identification upfront, including a photocopy of my ID, credit card information, and car license plate number, the hotel's front desk staff exhibited a lack of understanding and flexibility for a situation that required discretion and sensitivity. The arrangement was simple: a guest would arrive to collect a key I had left for them, under an agreed-upon anonymity that is not uncommon in various contexts of hotel stays. However, the staff member on duty insisted that my guest, who was part of a consensual, adult arrangement, provide identification in person and obtain my explicit approval at the front desk. This requirement was communicated despite prior notice and discussion about the nature of the visit, which was aimed at ensuring privacy and discretion for both parties involved. The insistence on such verification not only breached the discretion of the arrangement but also caused significant discomfort and distress to my guest, leading to their decision to leave rather than comply with these intrusive demands. This rigidity not only spoiled our plans but also left me questioning the hotel's understanding of privacy, customer service, and the diverse needs of their guests.I had hoped for a simple, trouble-free experience, especially considering the premium price paid for what was supposed to be a special occasion. Instead, I was met with a lack of empathy and flexibility, resulting in a complete letdown.Hotels, by nature, serve as temporary havens for a variety of personal and private activities, and the ability to accommodate the reasonable requests of paying customers, especially when privacy is a primary concern, should be a cornerstone of hotel service. This experience has left me not only disappointed but also less inclined to recommend Days Inn for anyone seeking accommodations that may require even a minimal degree of flexibility and understanding. The hotel industry thrives on customer service and satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these basic standards.--Rooms: Door was broken insides bot that bed but has hard ghetto feel

If I were to assign a rating, it would unequivocally fall below any standard of quality. Our decision to lodge at this establishment was primarily influenced by its proximity to our daughter's residence, a factor we believed would mitigate any potential inconveniences during our brief stay. Regrettably, our assumptions were swiftly dispelled upon our initial encounter.Upon entering the lobby, initial impressions were favorable, with an apparent cleanliness that initially allayed any apprehensions. However, our interaction with the senior attendant proved to be profoundly disappointing. Despite our courteous inquiry regarding a potential military discount, her response was marked by a discourtesy and condescension unbefitting of the service industry. It is imperative to note the absence of military-friendly policies, dissuading prospective patrons from similar backgrounds. Furthermore, her apparent vexation at our late arrival—despite prior notification—underscored an alarming lack of professionalism.Subsequent inspection of our accommodations revealed an unsettling reality. The room, far from meeting even basic standards of hygiene, presented numerous distressing features. Notably, the presence of allergens, exemplified by my immediate allergic reaction upon entry, underscores a failure in maintaining a sanitary environment. Moreover, the unsightly impressions left on the bedding suggested a lack of diligence in housekeeping practices. The pervasive odor, reminiscent of animal urine, further compounded our discomfort. In light of these unacceptable conditions, we promptly sought recourse at the front desk, expressing our intention to seek lodging elsewhere. The attendant's callous response, characterized by derisive laughter and a dismissive attitude, only served to exacerbate our dissatisfaction. Moreover, the prospect of a protracted refund process, accompanied by further derision, further underscored the lack of professionalism exhibited by the establishment. In summation, our experience at this establishment represents a profound failure in meeting even the most rudimentary expectations of hospitality. The pervasive odor permeating the hallways, coupled with the unsanitary conditions within our assigned accommodations, serve as a damning indictment of the management's disregard for guest welfare. In light of these concerns, we have taken the necessary steps to report these issues to the appropriate authorities, with the hope of safeguarding future guests from similar disappointment. In conclusion, we adamantly advise discerning travelers to seek accommodations elsewhere, lest they fall victim to the same regrettable experience.
