They keep refilling my prescription to an old doctor in another state. I have told them no less than 6 times to delete his information and to send refills to my current prescriber. They continue to request from the prescriber in Wisconsin and I have run out of my medication twice because of it. I will be switching pharmacies asap.

This location is very incapable when it comes to filling the correct prescription and billing prescriptions correctly. Sounds weird because that is literally their job description. All of the negative reviews for this location are correct.If you choose to take your chances and see for yourself, as I did when I moved out here, you will quickly regret your decision. They will treat you with disrespect. If you stand up for yourself, they will talk down to you like you’re one of their children and attempt to belittle you in front of other clients. Nora Yaseen, who informed me she ran the pharmacy when I requested to speak with another manager, is one of the rudest “professionals” and I am shocked she is still employed. It must be out of desperation. The staff appear to change every 4 weeks as I rarely see the same people I did the month before. She even told me she was going to ask me to leave if I didn’t watch my language after I said they SCREWED up. I was not aware that screw was a profanity until Nora confirmed it was and told me I better not say it again. I then changed it to nailed up my prescription. That was when Nora told me I was no longer welcome there due to my language and needed to leave immediately.Moral of the story, they are incapable of performing their job duties and when they can’t fix their mistake, they will first attempt to deflect you to another employee there because they are new (I was transferred to 4 different counters and spoke with 5 different employees just this evening alone), to another CVS location, or ask you to pay full price and come back in a few days for a refund (there were two others there attempting to receive such refund that doesn’t exist while I was there). Then, if that doesn’t work, they resort to gaslighting and accuse you of being in the wrong instead of taking any accountability.

Horrible staff .In fact they gave wrong vaccine to me .The pharmacist seems fake and they are not educated and studied and not eligible as pharmacist .For hepB they given wrong vaccine to me and now I have to start the vaccine schedule again .Can they do this to their kids and gone rfamkly member ,Very rude and not responsible.This branch shh bhk like be closed to save customers fromTheses illiterate pharmacist .Please do not go this place .All are rude in this place

The most confusing, half finished information and prescription service I've ever encountered at a CVS. Incorrectly filled prescriptions as well as failure to communicate correct locations of medications ordered.

Terrible shopping experience. I needed a wrist brace due to injury. Checked online and the brace showed in stock for $23.99 at this location. I sent my daughter down to pick it up only to find the price in store was $36.99. They won't match price with their own website, but would allow an online order for pickup - which takes an hour even though the item is right there. I created an account online and went to order, but then it switched to not in stock (there were 3 in store, verified by my daughter). Now it's saying I have to have it delivered, pay shipping, and it will take 7-10 days. Ridiculous. Guess I won't be shopping at CVS, it shouldn't be this difficult to purchase something at advertised prices.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Turnover in the pharmacy is concerning which causes some issues but they always take the time to resolve them correctly. The pharmacy is always busy.

The pharmacist is absolutely horrible. Rude, hangs up, doesn't listen to as well as most of the technicians. Unfortunately the store manager is wonderful but has her hands tied. We stick with going to fry's for this very reason. Unfortunately the script we needed was only available here, which also is 25 mins from our house so the hassle on top of hassle when they didn't know how to do two insurances. Ugh so frustrating. Asked for the district manager to call, they still haven't.

On hold for 53 mins and still no answer. I don’t know what happened to this pharmacy used to never have an issue, but now long wait times on the phone, and then the last 2 times I went through drive thru they seemed very disorganized and couldn’t find my medication. I could hear them because the window was open.

This is the worst pharmacy I have every dealt with. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. When they depict up the phone they very rude. After 3 weeks of trying to get a percription transferred it was never done. They told me "they have over 100 perceptions to go through and on top of that the pharmacist was too busy." The medication that I couldn't get anywhere else because other pharmacies we out and the pills and were on back order CVS had in stock. Still 3 weeks later they haven't done a thing. Whatever you do save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy. I have been using them for 15+ years but the last 5 years I kept telling myself I need to switch pharmacies and today I finally did. It takes days to get my prescription filled due to error at the pharmacy. My doctor even said they never dealt with anything like this because they are constantly having to reapprove meds due to pharmacy error. You can never get meds filled right away even if it’s a med that’s needed immediately like my daughter when she had RSV. There was a med on backordered for months for my son and I never received notification when it went back in stock even though I was told multiple times they would call so I decided to try Walmart. As a new customer they filled the meds as I was paying for it so I could have it immediately and not wait! I never experienced anything like that!

Affordable meds, friendly staff.I’ve been going to the drive thru pharmacy and they’re always super friendly. My prescription at Walgreens was $267 and only $63 at this CVS. Apparently, they run it through a “savings finder”. Why Walgreens won’t do this for you but will happily charge you 4x? I’m not sure but I’ll be coming back to this CVS for cheap meds and friendly staff.

Poor Nora (head staff) is so lost. How she’s “running” this pharmacy is beyond me. I have called every week for the past three weeks and each time I have to call at least 5 times because I’ll wait on hold for 45 mins and they pick the phone up and hang up. I asked Nora who her boss was, and poor lady was so lost. You guys are dealing will I’ll patients who do not have the time nor should they have to deal with rude people. Get out of this field if your care this little. To make someone wait 45 mins (5 times) just to hang up on them is so sad. But when we have Nora’s “running” it, I guess that’s what we get. I feel so horrible for the people having to deal with Nora and her team.
