If I could give zero stars I would. These people are idiots and even another pharmacy in the same chain said the same thing. Son has an ear infection and went to get his prescription and was told they didn't have it and to come back at 3-4 the following day. Did that and was told they still didn't have it and to come back the next day between 3-4. I asked for the prescription to be transferred as we needed it asap. She called back and stated it was all transferred and to wait an hour and go to the other location. Went there to find out she never transferred it and had it on hold so they couldn't fill it even though it was in stock. They tried calling and were on hold until close. Still don't have the medicine.

I have been using this Pharmacy for 7 years. Overall the customer service was okay. The staff was friendly. However, I was previously sent on 2 wild goose chases getting a prescription filled, with what appeared to be lack of training for the Pharmacy Techs. Now, under a new manager, Nora Yaseen, the condition of the pharmacy is cluttered, appears unorganized and feels like extreme chaos. My physician did make an error, however the manner in which Nora handled the situation was Nora was rude, immature and her customer service skills are deplorable. If you have a choice, go someplace else where the customer matters and the Pharmacy Manager has manners.

Great service keep it up!

Got my flu shot and the pharmacy tech was very courteous, friendly, prompt and a true professional. Don't know his name but he's the tech from Iraq. He's a credit to his profession, the pharmacy and the entire CVS organization.

Last week we had scheduled COVID booster, online scheduled, at a different CVS only to be told when we arrived,\"All our vaccines have expired.\" I called and spoke to JOHN at this CVS who told me to just come in. WE DID...the next day. We were warmly greeted by CAM who understood our needed booster and quickly accomplished the paper work and JAB!! This CVS will now be our pharmacy HOME!

CVS pharmacy, you guys are AWESOME!!! I love how efficient you are compared to a competitor in the area! I also love your WIDE drive through area compared to a competitor in the area whose pillars are scarred with hit marks as vehicles big and small try to squeeze through without damage. Your line is never excessive in the drive through, and you move quickly through the line when there is one!Most of ALL, I am super impressed with a link to a VIDEO that was just texted to me explaining all about a recent prescription that I picked up! It was EXTREMELY professional and informative!! It was for an ointment, so it didn't even seem like a priority for CVS to have put that video together, but I am highly thrilled about receiving it! I will be honest, I'm not too interested in reading all of the material that they provide with a prescription, so receiving this brief video was a huge bonus!! I hope they do this for all future prescriptions, primarily for the elderly or those who are like me who don't read ALL of the fine print! KUDOS to CVS!!

I had an appointment for a covid test, I knew I was going to be late several hours in advance, so I called to make sure that wouldn't be an issue. My appointment was for 1:20 and I was going to go from prescott to this location because that was the soonest available time and place. Around 11-11:30 I called them and told them I was running late, and they told me that was no big deal just get here when I can. I ended up being able to leave prescott almost to 1, so I called again, saying I would be closer to 2:30 instead, of which I was told again it was no big deal as long as I got there before the covid testing is over. I get to this location at 2:50, and they turn me around and say that my appointment was marked as a no show and there was nothing they could do for me even after telling me covid testing ends at 3:20. I was blatantly lied to, do not trust what these people say to you. I drove a hundred miles just to be told I can't be helped when there are 30 minutes left to testing times. Absolute bull sh!t

I only have positive things to say about the staff working throughout the store other than the Pharmacy Manager, David R. He is highly disrespectful and unhelpful. I was treated horribly the minute I asked for help from a manager. He raised his voice at me in front of other customers and refused to help me as I pulled up a coupon for a prescription to possibly lower the cost. I chose to leave the pharmacy on Lake Pleasant Parkway and 91st avenue to have my prescriptions sent over to the CVS on Union Hills and 91st avenue. The staff at the Union Hills location were extremely helpful in supporting my needs as well as searching for additional coupons to lower the price in my prescription. They were able to lower my prescription cost significantly from the price David R. Quoted me with. I am sad for the community and the individuals who have to work with the Pharmacy Manager at the Lake Pleasant Parkway and 91st avenue CVS.

I showed up at a quarter till nine, and the hours are clearly posted on the store window that they are open until 9 o'clock. The store was closed, doors were locked, not a single car in the parking lot, I have employees or otherwise. I drove all the way over here for nothing. That business.

Pharm tech at the drive thru was very rude and unfriendly. Was not understanding and compassionate and made the visit very uncomfortable for me. The behavior she showed reflects poorly on her role in the health care profession. Will not be coming here again.

If you are looking for a quick result of covid testing do not test at cvs. There is much quicker results at labs, physician offices, and urgent cares. Cvs turn around is 4-5 days where most other places have results in 24 hours.

The pharmacist is very friendly and accommodating. The people are personable unless....you get LOMMI!! Very unfriendly and loves to tel you this or that script isn't right for you and gets hateful about it. I guess she has a medical degree and knows more than my doctor of 35 yrs. I hate when I have to deal with her. I don't know why she continues to work there.
