I was excited to learn that the MinuteClinic inside the CVS is authorized by the VA. Unfortunately, the pharmacy within this CVS does not know how to process the voucher given to you by their own minute clinic. I was disappointed in the pharmacy and the pharmacy text and their wait times as well.

So, it was 2:30 AM right? I walk in. Greeted right away by a dude with long hair and glasses. I came in for medicine for the wife, I walked out with advice on life. This man told me everything I needed to know for my wife while hyping me up. 10/10. Was a true homie.

Called @4:57 to see if they were open the lady informed me yes I seems they are 24 hours and said just the pharmacy was closed , I get here not even 10 mins after and it's closed drove 10 mins for nothing for the store to be closed .

The slowest CVS pharmacy yet, but all of them are understaffed and slow , so severely understaffed it takes a half an hour to get through on the phone, 10 minutes if you're the only one in the drive-through. Manager has buried the staff under the work. It's absolutely ridiculous. Yes another cheap corporate cash cow that will not staff their business to increase turnover time. if anything goes wrong, nobody will catch it because they don't have enough people to be checking their work.

Called at 930am asking about my daughters prescription (antibiotic). Was told to come in after noon and they can fill it then. My husband gets there 1pm and they don't even have it in stock. If they would have told us when we first called we could have found another pharmacy that had it, but instead they left us without medication for my 2 yr old while they are now locking up for lunch and we can't even attempt to have it transferred until they reopen.

I was at CVS recently and as i was checking out the cashier's name is Chris, he rung me up. I've had this cashier ring me up before no problem he was polite that time. I went in to get a cosmetic foundation swapped out because I had bought the wrong shade as i stated. He then gives me a refund that I did not ask for, and then says the total of the product and Im like why would I be paying? I just asked to exchange/swap the foundation. He states their two different foundations. I said no they're the same. He looks at the foundation i exchanged , looks at me with an upset face and throws the foundation in the bag and says here take it.So I'm glad i got the product i needed but I thought this was extremely rude and disrespectful and child like of him... I almost asked for the manager but I was so in shock of his behavior that I left.

Today, I went to CVS Pharmacu, Minute Clinic, located at 8332 W Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, Arizona 85381, to get a Covid-19 Rapid Result Antigen Test. The test was done by Teresa Delsi, Nurse Practitioner. Her work was simply superb. Not only did I get the Covid test, but Nurse Delsi also took my blood pressure, my temperature, my heart rate, listened to my lungs, and more, making sure that my vital signs were intact. I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Delsi and the Minute Clinic. Thank you very much for your excellence. - Andrew Jay Gross

Pharmacist Audrey was really rude and unhelpful in resolving an issue with my prescription. She refused to send a prior authorization to my doctor.

Strong attitude worst customer serviceDrive through is a long wait 20 minutes +Never had any problems with other CVS’S but this is different manger’s really need to do something about the wait and their employees

Always a joy walking into this CVS for whatever I am doing that day. This is just about a daily stop for me and the people are exceptional and always a pleasure.
