Everyone who works at this CVS location goes above and beyond to not only be friendly and helpful, but to help me and my mother save money when we make purchases. They are so eager to ring the coupons we have in order to get us the best savings. The only bad experience I've had is one of the newer pharmacists. She's young and VERY rude. She slams things around, huffs and puffs, rolls her eyes and was even rude to my mother when she was trying to pick up a medication. Her attitude brings down the entire stores review which is a shame because everyone else there is AMAZING!

My experience with Cvs has always been great. The employees are very helpful and will take the time to help you with your questions and what you need from the pharmacy to the store. Employees very excellent.

CVS in general, might be the worst pharmacy. EverThis one ranks at the lowest if I could give a minus zero.This is what I would give this place. They will put you on hold and hang up on you if you can even get through to them. My suggestion would be get yourself a small neighborhood pharmacy because these people don't care about you or your health! One of the last times I went there. I sat and drive through a window while the pharmacy tag flirted with another pharmacy tech for about ten minutes before they even brought my prescription. Today, I sat on hold 45 minutes, and then they hung up on me! Good luck

First, I want to acknowledges that the staff here seem BEYOND overworked and that is frustrating for them and the customers.
CVS pharmacy is by far the worst customer experience to deal with.
I had to go to the pharmacy 6 - yes, six times to get a rx filled.
It's as though staff don't know how, or protocol doesn't allow them to do a majority of the tasks to pick up a rx, especially if you want it done in an efficient manner.
They will not tell you about possible savings through GoodRx, BuzzRx, etc. Even when i gave them a coupon with the info they couldnt figure out how to run it, which costs me more money.The prices are high and the staff are rude. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to another pharmacy.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Every time I get a prescription filled here it takes a minimum of 24-48 hours to process even though the CVS app always says within an hour (every normal pharmacy can fill within an hour). This pharmacy is absolutely awful. They once filled an albuterol inhaler RX twice in one trip and charged me $60 for my RXs because my insurance only covers one RX fill of the same med at once. Had to go back and get a refund and return the duplicate medicine because I didnāt notice until I got home because they never told me a price or went over prescriptions because there was a car behind me ā¦. and they almost didnāt take it back, I had to ask for a manager. Worst place to go to when you are sick. Will not be coming back again after this pick up. When youāre sick you need your meds when the doctor sends the RXā¦ not 2 days later.
Update** I just spoke to a āmanagerā Samantha who would not tell me her last name. Was extremely rude and unhelpful, she said they are short staffed and thereās nothing they can do and the wait would be an additional 3-4 hours.
Picked up my last RX from them, Jacob Carter the window worker said this is the āblack sheepā of all the pharmaciesā¦. Left formal complaints with CVS customer service.
**Transfer to the 9856 W Peoria pharmacy if you care about your health!! They were able to fill my RX within an hour and will be leaving them a 5 star review.
