Waiting more than 1 hour to have a script filled. Told the pharmacist I had to go out of town she told me she has a lot of work to do and it would probably be 1.5 more hours that I should walk around the store and wait Been coming here a while and it usually only takes 10 minutes to fill.

I feel like I’m always here lol.. I always have coupons and get good deals. Store always has what I need .. employees are always nice and friendly

Male who answer the phone is very rude . 1 st time I thought ok having a bad day even thought I called the for help & answers since I was out of town & need my medications . When asking questions he cut me off and told me I’m sure you will figure it out , hung up the phone . 2 months later called them to advise wrong Rx was refilled , very rude and told me it’s my problem.Transferring all my Rx . Been going to this pharmacy for 5 yrs had an issue with my husband Rx thought that was it ! Will never sugguest or recommend this pharmacy

I always try to be super nice whenever I call. As soon as they answer the phone thru out the call they are extremely rude the entire time, every time my family or I calls it’s the same issue with the workers being extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t know why it’s so hard for them to be nice

Everytime I call I try to be extremely nice, as soon as they answer the phone they start off extremely rude and end extremely rude. It's the same everytime my family or I call. Just don't know why they have to always be so rude and unhelpful

cashier in the pharmacy ( no name tag ) didn't know what topical means. She also just tells people "I don't have anything for you" even though she could see they were in process. I had to push to find that out. Nice that she was going to just send people away thinking nothing was called in. Also I had prescriptions from the ER, it was over 2 hours till filled even though it was an emergency. When I asked how much longer and reminded them they were ER meds, they just said another 10 minutes. While I waited, pharmacist was annoyed to help another patient understand how to take her meds and was rude about putting her medication in a non-childproof container. Omg, as I sit here just asked someone how to spell "stone".

Dropped off a prescription two days ago Said it would be ready the next day. Came back the next day, it was not ready. They said come back in 30 minutes they would have it ready. Came back one hour 30 minutes later Still not ready Then they told me they didn't even have the stuff that they would send it over to another location. Went to the other location the next day.Still wasn't ready. Who ever send it over Whoever send it over. Put it on as ahold not to fill. Now I have to make another trip over there later today to get it. Very poor customer service at this location.
