I have had to refill a prescription weekly for the past month. Each time I try to refill the med via the App I run into issues. I have had an issue trying to refill the same medication over their phone while using the prescription number. I never would receive a text update alerting me to pick up my med (I always received text messages in the past). I don’t blame the staff, but the CVS system seems to have changed. Very, very frustrating!

Unimpressed with this pharmacy. The covid test was a two day wait and it's on day 5 waiting for results. So a week, at least, until you know if you have covid. And you do the test yourself which is not reassuring that it is done correctly. Christmas is tomorrow and I still don't know if I am contagious or not and can be near immediate family. I suggest hiring more help to administer test and evaluate results.

Came here for covid test. Online said 5 minutes per test and appointments are scheduled in 5 minute increments... In reality, it takes almost an hour and line backs up around the building due to the scheduling online lying. Also you COVID test yourself. There is no nurses or trained professionals to administer the test, so hope you do it right..... I'm sure a ton of false negatives come from CVS. Won't do it here again, if any family members need one, I will recommend to Banner where nurses do all the work and ensure its done right.

Highly satisfied visit. Pharmacy Manager is very very helpful and so are the other associates in the pharmacy department. I travel 8+ miles and still go to this pharmacy for the friendly staff here. Keep it up !!
