Customer service is poor. Prescriptions take nearly 2 hours to be ready. I went to pick up my prescriptions yesterday sat in line for about 10 minutes finally got to the window and they closed the window and said they were going to lunch so then I had to wait another hour and still wasn't able to get my prescriptions they really need to work on customer service timely refilled prescriptions

Hours state it's 24 hours to arrive with a sign on the door "closed due to staffing shortage" with two employees walking around on the inside. This is the only 24 hour store in my area and now my 5 year old has to suffer with 103 degree fever and no way to get him any medicine in the area because the 2 employees walking around the store can't handle the 3 am rush

I have been using this CVS for years. Recently they have become terrible. The drive thru can't be counted on. frequently they close it and if you have mobility issues your gonna have to figure it out. If you can make it inside you'll find that the kid making popcorn at the movie theater takes more pride in his job than the techs working at this pharmacy. After being a customer for so long now they have all my info wrong and cannot seem to get it right. It would be better if you didn't see their organization skills of pouring all the prescriptions on the floor and sifting through them with their foot to find yours(Which you better check before you leave and make sure it's yours) Bottom line they are a mess. Whatever their excuses for being so terrible it's time for them to just close. People like me who need our prescriptions cannot have to deal with this. Don't lead people to believe you can help them if you know you cannot. I'm changing pharmacies and hopefully more people will do the same before they deal with what I've had to deal with the last three times I've been there.

Never knew a CVS pharmacy can be so horrible. I stayed in line for a good 20 minutes just to have one person help me nobody was in front of me I was the only person in line. I went to go pick up my prescription and they said it was going to be ready later on the week . I go again in the same week just a couple days later to give them time and still no precipitation. Do they not understand that people need their medication? People are hurting and they do not make it any better. Would rate it a 0 if I had the chance

UPDATE: another thing that bothers me about this place [besides the shit attitude of everyone in the pharmacy] is the enter/exit doors are installed so they won't open if you use the wrong side, but they make u enter on the left and exit on the left. Everywhere we drive in America it is RIGHT SIDE OF THE FUCKING ROAD. so naturally you'd think if you walk on the right side, you're doing it correctly. But not CVS. I feel like they make it a point to just be incredibly shitty.

Rude Pharmacy Tech.; don’t think it was just a bad day; but rather in the wrong profession. Thunderbird Clinic…take a look at who’s on your Team.

Edit: I have tested positive for Covid 19 at an urgent care the next day of the CVS visit.Five days into being sick I went to a minute clinic in CVS For strep throat (or covid/flu test if needed). Treated me as if I have Covid-19 which was understandable and all they did was a flashlight on my throat. They said my tongue was so big they couldn't see my throat and wouldn't compress my tongue or do a cheek swab for their safety of Covid in case I cough on their face and had Covid. Just offered antibiotics. What a useless visit.

I would like to give a shout out to the pharmacist at this CVS. Her name is Adidah and she was kind enough to help me when I came in with my huge allergy problem. I was absolutely miserable. She took the time to come out from behind the pharmacy desk and point out all the ways that allergy relief could be obtained. A huge thank you to her for being kind, patient, and most of all knowledgeable about the problem that I was having! Thank you Adidah!!! Four thumbs up (2 from me and 2 from my husband who has had to live with my miserable disposition!!!)

Never answer they're phone, or takes over 20 minutes for someone to help you. Keep getting transferred to out of state agencies, very confusing.

Chris is awesome! I am NOT great with makeup but I had looked up the best foundation for dry skin. I found them here but unfortunately I don't know my color so I was looking for a female worker to help me. Chris saw I was looking around and asked if I needed help I told him I need help with make up ha ha and he said what many customers don't know if CVS has 100% return even if you open and try it at all stores with make up so now I can leave relieved knowing even if it is the wrong color I can fix it. Thanks Chris! I would've been there for hours trying to find the right color! LOL

The pharmacy is not people’s person and the pharmacist is under care to customer. I come from California travel to Arizona and my 20 years dog one eye is blind and other eye has severe infection need antibiotic for his eye refill. I went to CVS Pharmacy At thunderbird Peoria and they need to take 24 hours to get prescription fill. I ask why take soon long. I know CVS 24 hours store at Arcadia California only take max 4-6 hours to get refill done. the pharmacy employee and the pharmacist had bad attitude said Because we have too much prescriptions need to fill. I went to Bashas’ pharmacy and I got my dog medication in one hour. What’s the difference. I highly recommend if you need prescription fill don’t go to CVS Pharmacy. The independent pharmacy store or Walgreens pharmacy is better choice. You will save a lot of time and they also give you respect. Not like CVS fell I need to Please them to fill medication.

I was there yesterday with my sister and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. I was offended and publicly humiliated by a management member who couldn't be bothered to do his job, much less show respect to customers. When he was unable to scan an extra bucks coupon issued by cvs the night before, he refused to provide additional help. When I informed him that the coupon had a defect showing through the paper that was the issue he said to take it somewhere else. It would have, but then the defect would still be there and it'd be losing $7 that cvs issues to me. Nonetheless, this guy was very condescending and made me feel like my business wasn't worth his time. Then he publicly like announce in front of several customers waiting in line that there were always problems with my transactions when I shopped there. I was shocked and humiliated that he would make such allegations and imply that I'm a dishonest customer, when the only other times I had problems with him were only because he didn't know how to scan coupons and a real experienced manager with exceptional customer skills had to do it for him. I can't believe Mr. Smith is the management face of CVS, as he antagonizes and insults customers showing a utter lack of respect for their business and zero customer service skills. Makes me sad that because of this bad experience I won't be shopping there nor recommending it to anyone, because the rest of the employees and management team are exceptional, but this guy really sours the whole experience and taints CVS image for customers.
