I was there on Feb 22 around 10:30 am. Only one young lady there and I didn't get her name. Had issue with apps on phone using extreme amount of my data /GB only a couple days into billing cycle and used close to half of what I get. She found problem took care if it wasn't pushy about any sells helped me find a phone I want and will be back to buy once it is in stock even took my number to let me know when available

Every time I come to the store the girl the little girl young girl I’m assuming she’s young by the way that she acts always lies and tries to hustle Out of money that you don’t need to spend.First time I came and purchase the phone and then she told me that a phone case and screen protector was required. Luckily I called and checked and found out that I did not need a phone case and screen protector in order to get the deal so I came back the next day and returned it I thought perhaps this was just a simple mistake.Second time same girl told us that we couldn’t return a phone and get a new one. However again we called and was told that we could return the phone . Again perhaps A mistake or she’s not aware of what she’s doing.Now the third time she tried it and I’m not gonna play with her no more you know exactly who you are! How disgusting of you how disgusting of a human being and low do you have to be to be lying to people?This last time I went and told her I bought a phone on Amazon and if she could help me take out the Sim card. And she told me I needed to purchase a new one. I knew unit was fishy because the last two interactions with a snake like behavior have not been pleasant. Something told me she was lying she kept trying to force me to buy a new SIM and I just ended up leaving went to another cricket and guess what she put the Sim card in wrong and lied to me and told me that I need a new one. At this point this girl is a disgusting little liar! You are a snake and you better hope to God that he has mercy on you all the people you have lied to you I know it’s not just me. And you better hope that your karma doesn’t come back to you to the point you can’t bounce back! Please do yourself a favor and not come here this girl is literally dead wrong for this!!! Pure evil!! People are so sad atp do good things and it will come back to bad things it will come back!!!do not COME HERE I BEG YOU!

I bought a cell phone in this store and the person in charge (manager) got the phone's capacity wrong, when I realized I had already paid for it. I wanted to return it and they told me it was fine and asked for an apology because it had been her mistake.
But when he returned the money to me

They were returning 25.00 of a charge for updating the cell phone, they told me that this charge is not returned, but since the error was not my fault and I was returning the cell phone because it was not the one I ordered, it did not seem fair to me that it was still I had to pay that money.
They could have done something, given it as store credit, or something else, they have that too. A phone number they can call to resolve these issues, but they didn't, the manager was super rude and their manager didn't resolve anything either.

Showd up at 7 pm on line it states closes at 8 pm the guy just rudely sad we are closed all this lights were on and the open sign was lit up door's we're unlocked.
