Went in to pay with cash for my gas because it was cheaper and still got charged the credit so went in to ask for the cheaper price because I paid with easy pay and the lady in there told me I don’t know how to do that and I don’t want to give you the wrong information

this circle k needs to reevaluate their team , you got cashiers making up their own policies as they go and are just rude . The lady working today named “Nam” not quite sure she was a white older lady said that she couldn’t do cash back for me because it’s one person per day? so she couldn’t give me cash back because she already did it for the day? which i’ve never heard of, somebody sounds like they need more training , or maybe find a different job if you don’t like doing what you have to do.

The management is rude. Bathrooms are degrading, and the coffee station is never clean. Gas prices are different after you pay. The whole needs to be under new management

There’s a white boy named taylor that works here and gives the worst customer service. He got annoyed when i asked him a simple question and gives sarcastic and rude responses. He didn’t even want to call his manager or give me the number. Won’t be coming here anymore!

The store doors have been locked more than 30 minutes. I am on e and need to pay cash. Yes bad on being on e but thought circle k was 24 hours.... multiple customers out front waiting on a teller

This store consistently advertises prices and either forgets to change the advertised prices, or flat out has a policy of bait and switch. Numerous times have I had to keep this store and its associates honest. I can usually overlook the mundanity of a clerk's life insofar as it impacts their performance.But as of late, the entire store is brand new faces. For months have I seen the same associates at various times throughout the week. For almost two weeks now, the entire store has been staffed with unrecognizable faces; This means either the existing crew staged a walk out (GOOD, THIS STORE SUCKS), or they were replaced to enforce bad policies.The brand new gentleman behind the counter, whom I'd never seen before in my life, coming to this store for over a year now, treated me with absolute disrespect. Asked for my ID for a nicotine purchase, and I put it on the counter. He shakes his head. He gets my vape cartridges and still asks me for my birthday. I remind him its on the ID he asked for. "I'm already here man, just tell me."Staff is not trained, staff is rude, and staff is incompetent from my observations. The self checkout rings up extra/wrong items, so what's the point? If you want a Circle K Associate, I can stand in front of a self-checkout and watch people do the job I'm getting paid for, too.Would give a negative rating if it was possible. Do not go here if you want to avoid fraud, legal/OSHA infractions, or wish to be treated with respect. However, if you're a career criminal, are enthralled by threats to your safety or the safety of others, and have a low self-esteem, by all means, this is the store for you!

November 9th 2023... I had a bad experience at circle k on cactus in Peoria Arizona...... A black woman ( employee )by the name of Dee was banging at the bathroom door when I was using it..... By the time I got out of the bathroom she said don't come back to my store & called me a crackhead .....I am not a crackhead & I was heading to work!!!

I generally love dealing with this circle k! Mrs. Mary is amazing! However, after my experience this afternoon, I’m shocked to know why this woman woman still has a job talking to people how she does(not Mary). To describe her, she has black hair, heavier set of latin decent I wish I caught her name but I was too aggravated to say anything other then “hope you have a better day sweety.” Let’s get one thing straight, self checkout is my go to, but if I need cigarettes, I need a teller to give them to me. Never have I ever been called “entitled” just because I asked for cigarettes. As a regular attendee, I’m shocked at how today unfolded. I honestly expected better from this teller. Hopefully she will get coaching on how to handle her outside frustration and not take it out on her customers. Thank you.
