5+ stars all the way around. Not one single complaint. Cami is awesome regarding all communication. Jordan went way above and beyond, and went the extra mile with a request of mine that he completed with a smile. Jacob's personality, and way of being, immediately put me at ease. This is the fifth car that has been repaired here, and I will not go anywhere else. I would rather change my insurance carrier than go to another repair facility. They made everything a breeze to deal with, and absolutely no hassles. Believe me, I can complain like no tomorrow, but there was no need to with these great people. Remember when customer service was a thing? It still is here. Please do not hesitate to do business with this awesome shop. Again, think about it, I've had five cars fixed here and will go no place else. They have my full confidence.

First, if you have State Farm Insurance, go some place else. They stated they don't normally work with State Farm, which I find strange. So, here's the problems we had with this place and persons. We found out they put "Not a Priority" on our vehicle after collision damage. They lied twice about parts not being available and I went online to Nissan's website and found the parts were available. They made us wait 3 months before FINALLY finishing our vehicle. We had to pay out of pocket for a rental every week plus our car payment every month and everything else we needed (rent, groceries, gas, etc.). They knew that we needed our vehicle back ASAP, but still they procrastinated and keep lying. Five stars for worst customer service!

I got into my very first accident in almost 30 years and I purchased my Acura MDX from Acura of Peoria so I thought I was in great hands. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. My bad experience happened when I arrrived to pick up my car after a month and half of work. I decided it was probably best to trade in the car thinking no car is as good after an accident and brought it back to Acura of Peoria where they saw the awful work first hand. Sadly the car I wanted was not in stock and I brought the car back to the collision center where I waited over 2 hours for them to try to correct the work that took them a month and half to fix. The manager came out I told me to leave his establishment and that his work is perfect. Sadly I’m still dealing with their shoddy work.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Took my vehicle in for an initial appraisal for insurance. They are partnered with USAA and are a preferred shop and for the life of me I can’t figure out why. USAA is the insurance company representing the person who rear ended my daughter. I will say the interaction with USAA I have no complaints about. Collision Center of Peoria on the other hand is very unprofessional. After the initial appraisal, I decided to have them perform the repairs. I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday and was told I’d get a follow up the next day with a completion date. They did inform me the following day that they would need the car for a week so it would be ready the following Tuesday for pick up. I received 1 call for an update and upon calling them and leaving messages I did not receive a call back. Fast forward to the day of pick up which I was told would be Tuesday and still no return call. I show up to their facility because they haven’t returned my calls only to discover that my vehicle is not ready. Please keep in mind this was a very small straight forward repair. Upon arriving at their shop, I am told my service writer is on vacation so they will have me speak with someone else. After about a half hour another gentleman comes out and has no clue what’s happening with my vehicle. He said he needed to go check. Half an hour after that, he returns to the front to let me know the vehicle is not done and now they don’t have an eta. I inquired as to why and they said that the tail light they ordered didn’t work. Which unless they ordered the incorrect part, is just not true since it’s a plastic housing so I’m not sure how it “didn’t work” since the electrical portion of it working didn’t get changed since it’s on the body side of the vehicle. All kinds of excuses were made as to why I received no phone call. I asked to take the car since it should have been completed otherwise for them to tell me it’s not even reassembled at that point (it does not need to be apart for a taillight). So just more lies. From that point it was over a week before it was completed. After picking it up, we were about half way home and decided to turn on the radio only to find the volume was turned all the way up to the max setting and when I looked in the trunk I found broken panels that were not broken when we dropped it off. So if you want poor workmanship, no communication, and don’t care about getting your vehicle back in a timely manner with new broken parts, you should have work done here . Please research and talk to people before bringing your vehicle to Collision Center of Peoria. Poor service and left much to be desired. I recommend USAA drops them as a preferred shop as they did not earn that partnership based on what I endured.

My service at collision center of Peoria was the best I’ve ever experienced. I actually hope my car gets damaged again just so i can give my business to Bobby. He makes his customers feel like family, he came to my son’s birthday party after the mini van was repaired. Can’t say enough about this company.

Terrible customer service! The worst. I set things up with my insurance company to leave it there and I had my rental car. They wouldn't let me leave it there because the car was deemed "drivable" by my insurance company. I told them that this was a mistake and that I can quickly have my insurance company deem it "undrivable" and they still wouldn't let me park it there. My bumper was practically dragging on the ground! The lady who spoke to me was rude and so was the manager. They obviously don't need the business.

I had a wonderful experience at the Collision Center of Peoria -- Jordan was especially friendly and helpful. I just needed a small part of my door handle repainted after a theft tried to pry the lock off my car, and he did it completely free of charge. Highly recommend!!

On 3/11 my car was repaired. I appreciated the great customer service from the leadership at the top to bottom. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great work Peoria of Acura Collision.

Pleasantly surprised by now nice the whole experience was, start to finish. Good, clean facility with some nice hospitality touches, a friendly front desk staff, lots of nice status update calls/txts, professional and easy all the way through- and the work done seems good too. Hopefully won’t need to use again (who loves accidents), but def would re-choose them.

Our ‘21 Mazda had $8K of damage. I called a local shop who gave me an 11am or a 1pm estimate appointment time. There was no way for me to make those since I work. I then called Collision Center of Peoria and they said just bring it in when you have time. I brought it in, Tyler was my customer service rep. He did the estimate, got my information, was very communicative throughout the process with texts and calls. He was respectful of my schedule and when I picked up the car, it was perfect. I tend to be skeptical of workmanship but I the work was flawless - even with 3-stage paint! So glad I chose them. Thanks Tyler!

Sighs* - PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - went against my better judgement after reading past reviews prior to going to this place, however still went. Sent my vehicle here for door damage. The start of the process was easy, however weeks into having my car I start getting calls from my OWN personal insurance saying they have not returned multiple emails and or phone calls leaving voicemails. Until I had to go in there and start asking for information my insurance is asking for. The ladies in the front were oblivious to the information and would always either text "Bobby" but Bobby was never "available" and Brent would always come out and "assist" I had my patience with them I truly did - always gave them professionalism and gave them the benefit of the doubt of they are doing their "part". It wasn't until week 3 until they started working on my car. Urging them that my policy was only allowing me a month with a rental car and then would have to be responsible. I would ask for Bobby since he is the Manager on site and should take accountability for their negligence. Not one time did I speak to him - I had a total of 16 calls in 39 days and I only received 5 calls from Brent. From not hearing from them I went into the shop again asking for Bobby. The ladies would say he is here and would be with me until they receive text messages from him and I would get told "he left" mind you waiting for 30MINUTES!. By then I was paying out my own pocket each day for my rental and all I wanted was my truck back and would never get updates or what was going on with it. Brent will come out and "SAVE THE DAY". Nothing against the guy but I almost felt bad for him. I knew he didn't want to talk to me because he had no answers just excuses. Fast forward to Day 39. I receive the call that the truck is ready. They bring out my truck without my awning on my truck and my emblems missing. RIDICULOUS! - I saw the guy go to the corner of the shop and pick up my 500 dollar awning filled with mud and bird crap. Just shows how they care about YOUR CAR or personal belongings and to make matters worse the past two days I have been cleaning the inside of my vehicle!!. It seems when my truck was in the shop paint dust got all over inside my seats and personal belongings. Absolutely disgusting with no apologies almost feel like they did on purpose because how bad I was on them. PLEASE IF YOU GOT THIS FAR READING AVOID THIS PLACE. they do not care about you. First thing they asked for was my deductible but offered no explanation for anything else. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. Van Tuyl Group if you see this please. This place needs a major overhaul in leadership and accountability skills BOBBY BE BETTER!!!! - I am now in hole 378 dollars from personal rental fees and car cleaner ohh and buying my new emblems for my truck. Shame on them.

Great company, they did a phenomenal job on restoring my Mustang into its original condition. Jordan, Matthew, and the front desk girl were super nice, professional, and welcoming. Taking into consideration the holidays (Christmas and New Years), the job was done fast. They did all the dealings with the insurance company and the rental car pickup and return setup. Everything was smooth and I'm happy I chose them. Definitely, I can recommend them to anyone needing a professional and fast repair on their car.Thank you for the good customer service and experience!!
