It's amazing they sell anything. I have been going there for 3 weeks around 9pm. They close the cash register so only thing available is the self service checkout. The discount never work when using that, and the cash register hasn't worked for 2 wks

I stopped for gas at a very busy store and time (5pm) After pumping the machine said to go inside for a receipt. It was only as I tried to enter the locked door that I noticed the handwritten 8 x 10 paper sign that simply stated "closed for 2 hours". Now how am I to gage the 2hr position in time? Did that sign go up close to 2 hrs ago? or maybe just moments before I pulled up? I really needed that receipt so how do I know how long I must wait? And why was it closed for 2hrs in the first place? So rather than waste my night waiting at the circle k pump for an unknown duration I decided to contact circlek at the number provided for customer service. However that number did not provide customer service. No it redirected me to what I am now doing... typing out my disappointment with the inability to obtain any service whatsoever from the circle k corporation in a busy metro area at 5pm on a tuesday and watching all the lost revenue approach then turn away in frustration. I guess I'm heading home too!

Over charged me for 2 for 3 monsters. Buy two get one free not buy three and pay for all three yesterday…. I just realized it on my Apple Pay. I’ll go back maybe before work again. I work right by their at a steak house. I bought two of the same monsters. The green and black cans. I bought them for someone so I don’t know the flavor.. I don’t have a receipt other then Apple Pay. Maybe I’ll see if it’s a way to get the itemized receipt and go back, but I’m not sure how and I don’t want to take the time to figure it out..

Brandon is the worst associate I have ever experienced. I have never been so disrespected by someone who is in the service industry. He obviously needs to find a different line of work.

Machine for gas wasn't working there is a note on it that says for security notify us since there's so much fraud going on You think that they would care, I push the button for the attendant because I have a medical condition nobody responded three other cars came and filled up their gas at different locations and left I go inside and the three ladies that are inside said that they don't respond to attendant assistance I told them that the card won't even go into the tank and they said that's not their problem. Shame on me for coming to this circle k No wonder they're reviews are so lowThankfully there's plenty of other gas stations around
