I don’t usually say anything but every time I come here to get a fountain drink, all of them are either flat or have no syrup in them. I thought maybe this was just an issue the first time I noticed it over two months ago but somehow they have managed to keep the same issues going which boggles my mind when this sounds like something they should be changing out every now and then. If the fountain machine needs to be replaced, that should be near the top of the list because I always am upset to walk in and waste my time when I could have gone to a different location that doesn’t have the same issues. Used to come here all the time, now I find myself going to any other location nearby.

This gas station has the worst customer service that I've ever been to in my entire life. Ninety-nine percent of the time you will never get a receipt at the pump you will almost always have to walk inside after you done pumping to go get a receipt because they will not load the pumps with receipts. Also if you even remotely think about doing self-checkout it will never apply any discounts it will purposely scan multiple items at different prices for different sizes even though they're all the same exact product it's going to automatically assume they're all different products so we can charge you more than full price for everything that you have on there and not give you a discount for any of the promotions that they themselves have running

This Circle K is very close to my house so I go to this location frequently. There is a guy that works here that hassles me every time I'm in there to buy cigarettes. I ask for them and he says no. I don't want to buy them, I'm embarrassed enough already purchasing cigarettes and then this guy decides it's funny to make a spectacle out of my purchase. Today I finally asked him not to hassle me about it anymore in a kind straightforward way. I could tell he was mad but hey, I don't like being talked down to and made feel like I'm stupid. Learn some basic customer service skills buddy.

I went to get gas at this store. I put in frys vip to save some money and the pump gave me 60 cents. I went inside to see what was going on and got told by a young man that that they only have premium. When I asked why there weren't signs on the pump I got told that he wasn't going to waste his time putting up signs. I really thought that was rude considering customers should be your number 1 priority.

I least favorite gas station in America. The girl that looks like a dude sits on her phone and text while you’re checking out and doesn’t acknowledge your existence. All while she has a line wrapped around the entire store. F this circle k.

There's a cashier who denied me to purchase water for my work day because she has a problem with me I don't know why I've been to the circle k several times I've never had a problem with the manager his wife or any of the employees he hires this white lady a Karen because there's no reason why she should have let not let me get water every time I come in she gives me a hard time I'm no longer going to spend money at circle k be wary of the circle k they try to force you to use the automated machine and their new employees are very rude it bothers me to even leave this review because I really like all the employees at the circle k other than their new employee because that was the most rude experience I've ever had at a circle k and will no longer be spending any money at circle k

I'm always hesitant to go inside of Circle K if I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why, but it just seems like it is so hard for the staff to keep the bathrooms and the drink areas clean and even the floors they usually have plenty of staff they even have a self serving area. You can check out on your own and it always seems to be messy anytime I reluctantly go inside.

This Circle K‘s horrible for some reason their gas seems to be more expensive than all the other strip case around it and it seems like they only ever have 1 cashier

The new guy yall have working is hilarious. Keep him. Also the long haired girl who's worked here forever. The nice employees are what makes me come here vs other stores.

First and last time visiting this location! Stopped in for Lotto tickets and wasn't acknowledged as I stood waiting at the counter. After asking for tickets she stared at me oddly after asking me how old are you? I answered and she still stared at me like my Dad would as if I was lying but still declined when I asked if she needed my ID. I would think that would be the proper verification instead of trying to guess or assume someone's age!

I have now received the incorrect fountain drink at this location 3 times. They have put Dr Pepper on the Diet Dr Pepper bib. This could cause a diabetic's (not myself) blood sugar to spike (which is dangerous) or people to consume more calories than they intended. When I called to validate that this happened today, the clerk said she was too busy with customers to check and was the only one working and then hung up on me. I would have waited had she asked. And I think she forgot that people who call are customers, too.

This used to be such a great store. Now I will drive anywhere but here. The staff is rude it's always dirty. There's only one gentleman that works here was a really long white beard who is very nice.... and then There's a woman here who barely speaks English and is really nasty to the customers and likes to shame people for using EBT. While I was in line she kept saying EBT to everybody as if everyone should know everybody's business. It was humiliating to some of the people standing there. It disgust me how different this place has become since under New Management... And I will not purchase anything here that is not sealed. Circle k needs to get it together or shut this one down
