I had a great experience with Christian Brothers. My car recently broke down and they offered a complimentary tow to their shop and complimentary shuttle service. I do not know much about cars, but they explained what was wrong so that I could understand and were honest about it. They answered all the questions I had. Shoutout Skylar and Rob/Ron (can't exactly remember his name, sorry!)

I like that they noted diown all my complaints about my vehicle and provided screen shots/videos of the testing done. On top of that they (Jason and Kyle) were honest and very friendly. I don’t leave feeling like I have been duped like I do at the dealership service department. I would highly recommend this auto shop as they fixed an issue that the dealership and other shops couldn’t find. I will be going back to service all my cars.

I thought it was too expensive for what needed to be done. I Had the oil changed in my Rav4. It was also running a little rough. They test drove it and realized the air filter cover was not on right. I changed the air filter myself and didn't completely close the cover and air was leaking through. $247.00 later my oil was changed and air filter cover was put on correctly. Too expensive for what they did!! BUT, great customer service!!! They were so nice. They offered water, snacks, a ride home and a ride back to pick up my vehicle. Customer service is 2nd to none. Will I be back???? Probably because customer service is very important to me. In today day and times people forget how to treat others.5 STARS FOR PRICE10 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.***I changed from 3 stars to 5. The customer service off sets anything else. I highly recommend this business. I will be back and my kids will be using this place as well.

I previously lived in Gilbert and would ONLY go to the location off of Baseline and Higley…that is until I moved to Peoria and discovered THIS location!They are simply AMAZING!!!!!! Jason and everyone there were phenomenal in their assistance of my car needs! They made it easy to get scheduled and in additional maintenance my car needed!So happy to have found this location on my side of town!!!! The #1 in all things cars I absolutely trust!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I took my car in for an oil change and they called me telling me I need around $5,000 worth of work on my car. I told them I’m just going to purchase a new vehicle then. They called me back later and said they were able to knock the price down to around $4,200. Why not just give your customers the actual price the first time instead of making this a game? I took my car to Ken’s Auto Repair Service for a second opinion and they found nothing wrong with my car.Update: I stand by my review. I never said my car was perfect. My car doesn’t have over 100,000 miles. You didn’t address not being honest about the best price up front. I felt taken advantage of and I’ll never take my car back there. Do better!
