My wife and I just had a horrible experience at the Chico’s at Northern and I-17. We had selected a number of items for my wife to try on, but when we went to the dressing room the clerk wearing the ugly black feather earrings said that I couldn’t assist my wife. The clerk never asked whether or not my wife needed help with removing or putting on her clothes. She never asked if my wife felt uncomfortable having to walk thru the store so I could give her feedback on the pieces. Somehow this assistant thought it was better to seat me with my back to lingerie in the middle of the store. We are celebrating our 24 anniversary next week. We wanted to find some nice new clothes for the occasion at our favorite store. Instead we were treated poorly and instead of spending the few hundred dollars that we usually spend at the store we won’t be returning. Don’t shop at this store or this company.

If you're not familiar with Chicos, it is a woman's clothing store. Their sizing is different from most department stores. They use double zero, zero, one, two, three. Ask one of the staff if you're not sure what size you wear according to their sizing.There are signs in the store that will tell you what size you might wear. They have pretty patterns of fabric and the clothes that are very current. Staff will be happy to help you if you have any questions. They also carry a selection of jewelry. Free parking outside.

The ladies at this location are so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful.? Kristin and Amy are wonderful ? Goes above and beyond and has a sincere element. They sell more than bras now and is well worth the visit! Especially the Park West Location! I adore Kristen! Well done!

The two ladies who helped me today were fantastic. I came in for a Soma bra and they were so helpful and sweet to me. I left feeling so excited about my purchase and still thinking about the kind costumer service.
