I've had nothing but a bad taste in my mouth from every branch but when this one closed minutes early on a Saturday, and when I went to use the door the lady inside laughed and shook her head at me. I've had enough.. Im withdrawing and closing my account in Monday

Had to have 2 different personnel 1 for depositing a check and another to close an account. Everyone that I use to work with are now gone and nothing but newbies. They're not very talkative about anything. Must be woke training that Chase is pushing.
