PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! NOT WORTH THE STRESS. THEY CANT EVEN PERFORM SIMPLE TASK THAT THEY ARE TRAINED TO DO. MANAGER ALSO HAS VERY LIMITED KNOWLEDGE ON SIMPLE DAY TO DAY BANKING TASK. AND MOST OF THEM ARE NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY SO IM CONFUSED ON HOW THEY ARE DEALING WITH OUR MONEY IF THEY BARELY UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO. AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BRANCH. Having banked with Chase in the past I had a not so nice opinion of this bank. Mostly due to how long it takes for deposits to hit your account. But, this particular location was an exception. The employees all seemed to be in good spirits which was nice as I was not & it seemed to help me a little. Quick, helpful, to the point & thorough. Great location, great people! Thanks again!

I normally dont do this but i wanted to give some feedback on Jared from the Chase bank location on 9790 W Peoria Ave. Peoria, AZ 85345. My fiancee had my debit card and she was to far for me to meet up with her. I decided to pull out cash at a chase bank. Jared greeted me as soon as i walked in the door and had a big smile. He seemed actually happy to be there. He was incredibly polite and relatable. He seemed generally interested in what i was saying. When i walked out of the location i thought to myself, "what a great kid". It was so refreshing to see someone that enjoyed their work and had a great attitude. I hope this review gets back to him. He needs to know how great of job hes doing and he completely changed my day. Thank you Jared, keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ever.Snippy Mexican girls think they are above the customers and just give a rude answer.My tip, go to a credit union.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH !!!!

Operating with skeleton crews. Must make an appointment for anything other than deposit or withdrawal. The only reason I don’t change banks is due to location and my age.

I don't like their policies for opening an account, (Chase has discretionary policies to deter low income patrons from banking services) but the staff was courteous and friendly.

I've have been to 5 chase banks since 8 am this morning and not one working atm. I can't believe this is the bank I'm with I'll be closing my account. This is crazy, do your ATMs not run around business hours?
