I was upset today to return item . The employee name was Liz she was rude and disrespectful to me. I will not come to the store again. Liz should fire because she doesn't know how to speak with the customer.

Was amazed at the prices and quality.. shopped for 6 grandchildren... Had 5 carts of clothing and my bill was slightly over $400.... Very good selection for children... I'm definitely going back for myself.... Friendly staff and very clean....

Early in the morning, the store was clean and organized. Greeted as soon as I walked in by a super nice woman. The cashier wrapped my breakable with paper which I much appreciated. Bought hair shampoo and conditioner, she placed a plastic sleeve over the top to prevent any possible spillage to my other items. Great store.

My husband bought a Frame and when he came home they found it broken. When I wanted to return it, the girl who works there refused to return it. She was talking to me in a very, very bad . I have low blood pressure and my blood pressure started low . I broke the frame and threw it in front of them and she did not do any attention.and she didn't back my mony
I wish I knew the girl's name. I will do what is necessary to be kind to people.

My family and I have been coming here since it opened, but some of the employees are not nice at all. For instance, I just experienced something so mean. I was shopping normally with my baby in the stroller and I had a Karen come really close to me and start pretend looking for something right in front of me. She was inches away from my baby and I almost said something but I regret not. When I looked up to her she said nothing to me and 5 minutes later I go the bathroom and this lady literally follows me in the stall and scares me and wake up my baby. Seriously? Meanwhile an actual tweeker is literally about to shoplift and they ignore him!! I’m so
Mad this happened. She is a middle aged Hispanic woman that has her hair up all the time with some crunchy 80s hairspray. I wish I could get her name. It’s not the loss prevention lady, it’s the other one. Someone really needs to educate her on how to treat actual customers and maybe take her back to kindergarten so she can learn how to be nice to people. Especially ones that have a social media following.

4 managers wandering the store looking at merchandise while a single cashier works on an ever growing check-out line as quickly as she can. It's pitiful that these managers won't help her. Congratulations cashier Elizabeth, you're fabulous! Too bad store management is worthless.
