Had to pick up my wife's two purses that she purchased from Brighton, they reconditioned both purses the leather is soft just like new! They always treat us so kindly, lol, we got an anniversary coming up in April I'm sure we'll be picking my beautiful bride up something special!

I purchased a 300$ suitcase from Brighton and it wasn’t what I expected it to be. I asked for a refund or store credit but was denied because I used it once. I reached out to the manager who referred me to the regional manager and it’s been the run around since! I haven’t been able to resolve my issue at all nor has anyone reached out to me. Brighton used to be my favorite place to shop but now I’m so disappointed in their customer service. Don’t buy the suitcase. It topples over, the wheels and handle are weak. What a waste of money!!

I left the man standing in the Handel's ice cream line while I ran next door to Brighton. Beautiful bags, purses, accessories, charms and scarves here. Staff are always helpful and nice.There was a sale going on but since I was in a rush, I quickly ran around the store. Fun looking as always.Shared parking and free WiFi in the mall at most stores.

The ladies that work here are grade A mean girls. My family has shopped at Brighton for over a decade and I always found the experience to be good. However, since entering my twenties and going into the store alone, I don’t receive anywhere near the same treatment as I would when they would help my mother. I’m not sure if it’s my age or because I come in with my work uniform on, but it genuinely feels like their goal is embarrass me instead of sell me something. The last time I went in, I left the store crying. I won’t be returning to Brighton again - which all in all, only means I’ll be missing out on tacky jewelry and poor customer service.

Wonderful experience here! I walked in not quite knowing where to start and the associate on shift was so kind to welcome me into the store and show me all the different pieces that would fit what I was looking for. She was very friendly throughout my entire visit and I'm in love with the piece she helped me select. The store itself was very well put together and clean as well, making for a great experience all around.
