Lydia was extremely helpful when I was in a dire situation with losing my phone. I only had a certain amount of money to spend and it was quite low. But she got me the perfect deal with a decent phone. I had a job orientation today and the address for it was in my old phone. I am extremely thankful for her help getting me set up with a new phone quickly.

Worst boost mobile outlet in that area. The female that works there doesn't know what she is doing or talking about. Gave me so much wrong information. When I called customer service they even said that she didn't know what she was talking about. Infact they were going to fill a report on her for telling me the wrong information and more.

Stars for the one employee whom does all she can to get it done. She seems to be good at her job. I don't have the service so I can't say if it's a good one, but been in the store a few times with others. It's very hot inside.

I called about a promotion my questions were quickly answered in cell phone business terms which were confusing. The employee advised me they close at 4pm today. I arrived at 3:40pm to open two new phone accounts and was told I had to be there by 3:00 to conduct my business and she could not help me. She bold face lied and stated she told me to arrive by 3pm on the phone. I asked if the manager was aware she was not assisting customers during open hours. She stated she was the manager. I then said the owner should know about this to which she replied the owner is her sister and she knows with a smirk. Save yourself the hassle and unprofessionalism and go to Boost on 35th Ave and Greenway which is in a better neighborhood and is a platinum store with excellent professionalism, great service, lovely smiles on the very sweet and knowledgeable staff who happily conduct business during posted hours.

Beware. This location sold me a phone explaining my old one would not be compatible due to it being phased out. So I purchased a new phone paid in full.My plan is month to month.So imagine my surprise when I tried to switch cell phone companies to find out its locked and I had to stay for a additional 8 months before I could use the phone. The employee did not disclose this during the sale. Will never recommend BOOST to anyone since they are so manipulative in their sales approach.

I would give this 0 if I could. Masks are REQUIRED. So basically we don't have a right as to what we put on our bodies or faces, to purchase items from vendors anymore. Soon, we will have to be vaccinated too, I'm sure. Maybe we should start making our own phones and then go live on a farm raising cattle, since we have to follow other people's health beliefs when purchasing items necessary to live in society.

DO NOT go to the store at 6750 W. Peoria Ave. Pilar, the staff working today, screwed up today. First off, she was late. Second off, she took almost two and a half hours to do things I've seen staff at other stores do in under 3 times what she did. She's nosy and does things I told her not to, like deleting apps. She wouldn't let me set up my phone like I wanted. Now I'm missing at least 4 apps from my phone, my work app for one. But if you want to get things she's not supposed to give you, go to her. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN. CAUTION AND BEWARE.

I’m not really too sure what to say, because they never open the store for me to go in and make any judgment other than they don’t open on time. There is no movement no lights on nothing.At 1007 hours an employee has arrived, it is 1043 hours and we are still being assisted. I’ve grown tired and a bit hungry. The employee that is here is very knowledgeable and helpful. But the wait and length of time to complete service seems a little.
