Don't deal with BMO the only bank I know of that won't post your payment the day you make it instead they post it 5-7 days later when they get around to processing it.

Having trouble setting up a guardianship account for my mother with another bank. Was referred here by my lawyer. First contact with Louis was amazing. Helpful and so kind. Received a call from Casey the next day to get all the legal docs in advance for my appointment on Friday..love the attention to my needs and details after our conversation. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and made this my main branch. ATM is put of service for the 4th time since I moved here. The app frequently crashes when trying to deposit a check, I've had multiple instances where I've had to wait until I had a day off work to manually go in and deposit a paycheck or cash. Customer service is always outstanding at whatever location I use. I'm just getting tired of the constant issues and this bank not being very reliable for that reason. Most likely going to switch to a larger bank later this year. Very disappointing as I've had Harris since I was 18.

While I don't find their (website/mobile app) as user friendly as Chase or Wells Fargo, I do highly approve of their recent bonus offerings, which slowly added up to a tidy sum of $500 in my grubby little hand. First, you can get a $200 Bonus when opening a Smart Advantage account when you have a total of at least $4000 in qualifying direct deposits within the first 90 days. No min balance and no monthly fees if you go paperless. Then, you can get a $100 bonus when you deposit $10k or more in the first 30 days and then keep it in your account for at least an additional 90 days. Finally, you can get a $200 cash back bonus when you apply and are approved for a Mastercard, and then spend $2000 in the first 3 months of account opening. Time to bounce nows I got the dough, comin real, it's the next episode...

Don't ever bank with this place they will hold your check and not give you the money ur owed from the check what kind of bank is this
