Store clean and prices are good customer service from 1 to 10 I give them 7 because the workers is afraid to show and speak to the customer every answer was I don't know were that would be in the store

I love Big 5! I was looking for a particular air mattress. Home Depot had it for $86, but I didn't want to pay that much, so I Googled that particular mattress and it showed up at Big 5 on sale for $60. I didn't even know they sold air mattresses! I had a 10% off and got it for $54!

The employees were so helpful, and our soccer ball was a better price than Walmart. We also appreciate the military discount very much. Thank you for the help, Sebastian, and we will be back!
