My wife and I recently had the priviledge of working with Donald Simpson at Bell Bank Mortgage when we bought a house in The Grand, in Surprise. We had a failry short timeline to acquire a home loan and Donald was great to work with.Among the atributes I can associate with Donald are the following;\:-He was easy to get a hold of and always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner.-He took time to get to know us...after a while, it was like working with a friend.-He gave us several options for mortgage solutions-He took time to explain things and was always pleasent when I asked some dumb questions!-The process that Bell Bank had for uploading documents was easy to understand and follow.-Donald conected me with other divisions of the Bank for other business...who were all great to work with.I would highly recommend Donald and Bell Bank for your mortgatge needs!

Donald was phenomenal to work with. He was available when we needed him even on the weekends. He provided any documentation or hypothetical analysis as needed. His team was great to work with could not recommend a better person.

The company made it very easy to complete the application process. Someone was always available to answer questions and assist with anything needed. We were always updated on the progress of you application as well! I would definitely recommend Bell Mortgage!
