I love the drive thru as I have two bad knees and hard to get around...so the drive thru helps me very much. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for the courtesy and friendly employees. ?

Looks like I am not the only one who is very displeased about the 107th & Olive PNC Branch bank in Peoria! I call there, no answer, I cant talk to anyone, no answer or I get a disconnect. No one there to assist, the place is mostly empty from customers. I will NOT be returning to this place. I may just totally switch banks. This place is of no help to me.The ratings speak for themselves.

ATM is busted and they have only one… drove all the way over here just to have to drive another 7 miles. Better quality ATMs and service would be nice and maybe more than one like most normal things in the world…thanks

Customer service is horrible.Went in to branch to close my account and had to wait over 30 minutes because the teller didn't have approval and branch manager was not in office. In the meantime while waiting the other teller was talking about me to her clients.

It is absolutely not ok the lack of care with helping customers find solutions to issues they're going through. I have been trying to log into online banking for over a month and they can't figure it out. I've waited on hold for hrs and hrs and when I get ahold of them they have no solution. The people at all the branches say call the 800 number. I have received temporary passwords in the mail that don't work. I spoke with their IT guy and he says somebody higher will reach out in 3 more biz days. Then that guy calls and says somebody else will reach out. It has gotten absolutely ridiculous. I just feel like they have no care to help their customers in need. I would absolutely 100% not recommend this bank.

My family members and I bank here. We always receive fast, friendly service. What a pleasant surprise when my son and I went in, pulled out our ID and the banker said we know you. My mom had recently passed, the banker also gave us his condolences on her passing. In this fast paced world where many think only of themselves, this was very touching. The little things count. Thank you for your superior, personalized customer service.

The manager was awesome but my review is for the personal banker who continued to tell us that our documents were not notarized after the manager told her they were. (We had just left dmv getting them notarized before going to the bank) The manager had to take over our issue and she was great!! But after leaving the managers office the personal banker AGAIN stopped us telling us it's not notarized and she would not recommend transferring the funds until we go to dmv again. We had to tell her to leave us alone because she was causing unnecessary problems. I definitely understand protecting the customer but this was just harassment!

Made deposit of 500.00dlls but they only put 5.00dlls their mistake and I have to wait 12 days to get my money..manager didn't want to help at this location..give me a phone number to call and its being a pain trying to get my own money...time to change banks

If I deposit in the ATM is wont show half the time and I have to go in so they can pull the check out. Go through drive thru and it takes 20 mins to get my money. Super slow. Dont come here if your on a lunch break. Not convient at all.
